We bought our house over this past winter and there is a beautiful sun room that we envisioned watching our children play outside and entertaining in. It is a room of windows, walls and ceiling. As spring came the room was hot, so much so that it was melting anything plastic that we left in there. I called Sun-Eez and they installed ceramic window film..... the results are amazing and it has cooled the room drastically. I am very excited to see Sun Eez is still around. I had my 2003 Infiniti windows tinted back in 2004 when they were located in Cathedral City. Beware of their lifetime warranty..if you loose your receipt they only keep records for six months..We had moved to Arizona and I'm having a hard time locating my invoice in storage so I asked the owner this morning if he could pull our invoice from his computer for our appt tomorrow.. His response was they only keep customer invoices for 6 months. I find this odd as a previuos business owner myself we kept customer invoices for atleast 7 years. The owner said he would have to buy a better computer system and bigger warehouse should he keep his customer invoices? This is frustrating as we already took our car in to have them see the rippling in our windows. It was verified by their tech as a manufacture default due to excesive pulling while being put on the roll and they would fix it under warranty. We have had our Ecalade, BMW and Chrysler done through them as well as sent many referrals their way. This is the only vehicle that has needed tinting repair so far. Its kind of insulting to insinuate that we would purposely pick a random window tiniting in another state to get a freebie..Anyways beware of the lifetime warranty as they don't keep their customer records very long..maybe they should invest in a thumb drive? It's pretty easy to store customer invoices without purchasing a new computer or a bigger warehouse just saying.... read more

Chad and Jerry at Sun Eez are great. I had all the windows in my house in Palms Springs tinted and they look outstanding. They used a mirror tint on and it really makes the pool area look larger and it gives a clean mid century look and feel to the house. I received a number of quotes and they gave me a reasonable deal and completed the work in a timely manner. They removed the old tinting from the from of the house and the new tinting provides a clearer view and keeps the house much cooler. I would definitely recommend Sun Eez!!! read more

Had them tint my condo. Came out for the quote, explaining options and pricing. Great job, clean and on time.

This company does good work but their personal skills leave much to be desired. Initially, we told them what we wanted for two cars, set the date and came back. They had the order all mixed up, but finally, straightened that out. Both cars looked fantastic. My car streaked immediately and continues to get worse. Took it back to show owner. He said my window pads inside the door were worn and that was causing the window tinting to streak. "It looks bad, but works just fine." I did not spend $900 at his business to find out HE thinks streaking is ok. The owner's cavalier attitude is clearly "I have your money so I don't care what your problem is." Didn't expect a complete refund but maybe meet me halfway. When I asked why they don't tell the customer that "worn window pads" can streak the window "especially on older models" he said It's only about 1% of cars that have that problem so it's not worth it." So, when people ask me what happened to my window tinting I'm going to tell them that Sun Eez did the work. read more
