Things I appreciated: -The office location has a tint "demo station" inside. They show you how different types of tint block light and infrared heat (from sun) to help educate clients about the benefits of certain tint shades/materials. Other local tint places, even those highly-rated on Yelp, don't do nearly as good a job about explaining these subtle but very important differences. I was ready to invest a few hundred dollars for my car's much-needed tinting in our summer heat and was happy to find a place that clearly showed what I was buying. This place did a great job with that. -very responsive via Yelp's messenging system -friendly staff -reasonable quotes for the job I needed done on my car (clear/ceramic tinted car windows) -despite it being their busiest season (summer!!) they fit me in on their calendar Minor concerns: -When I picked my car up, my turn signals started working strangely; I noticed this on my drive back home from their location. I guessed that some water (or perhaps other fluid they used to apply the car tint) dripped from my windshield into the dash and where the turn signal electronics resided. After I let the car sit overnight, the following day the turn signals worked as before with no issue (perhaps letting any stray water evaporate from the effected electronics). read more

Chad came on friday and gave a quote. He was on time and even called to confirm the appointment before he arrived. We hired his company immediately. Not the norm for us but we had done a little homework and knew the product he would use was excellent and we liked him! The work started on tuesday with the old tinting being scraped off the windows. What a job! It was not easy to do. I think the young man was Brandon. He did a great job. Very quiet, hard worker. Cleaned up after himself. The next day the installer arrived. He did a fabulous job. I called a week in advance for an appt. when I arrived, I was handed over to a smarmy, greasy salesman named Aaron. Not the gracious person on the phone. Let me tell you about Suneez, they know how to TAKE an appointment, but they don't know how to HOLD it. I left my car for THREE hours, came back & it had not moved from the lot. Additionally, they convinced my father into having his car done the following day and for us to do an ATM run for CASH so we wouldn't have to pay TAX. Nice that these guys don't have to pay taxes like the rest of us & the govt. is tanking. WHAT would the IRS say? Apparently another customer had come in prior to my arrival & they gave him my appointment & somehow assumed I would have no problem leaving my car w them over night since my ride would be coming in in the morning for an appt.that Mr. Smarmy had cajoled him into. Well, I had to work that night, there was no way I could or would have left my car. When I came back 3 hours later, imagine my surprise that my car had not moved. After we left for the second time, with both of our cars, Mr. Smarmy Salesman started texting me & wanted to take me to lunch to 'make it up to me' until I mentioned the 'CASH ATM RUN' on his behalf, text communication ended. These guys are FLEAS, their work may be good but they have underhanded work ethics that I would recommend to no one. read more

He was knowledgeable and professional. Cost was fair and they were able to install that Saturday. Jeff arrived on time and was also very professional. The bottom line that we found with this place is that if you are lucky enough to get one of the guys who works there who is really good at putting on tint to do your car, then you will be satisfied. If you get one of the young, inexperienced guys, you will NOT be satisfied, and the owners will NOT care to do the job again, the right way! This is what happened to us. My husband actually made sure to ask the owner while on the phone to schedule the appointment if one of the owners would be doing the tinting or if he'd have some employee with not much experience do it, and the owner assured us it would be he or his partner. This is why we were even more ticked when we got to the place to pick up our car, which wasn't finished yet, and we saw some young kid doing it!!! We think what happens is they let the young workers do the cars that aren't as nice as the fancy ones. Our Corolla is not in the best shape, but that is a moot point, since they should be providing the same service to all customers because you are paying the same price!! It's like they are pulling a fast-one on the "lower class" customers! Like we'd be too stupid to notice their botch-job! So, the owner, Chad, was super hospitable while we waited, which we appreciated, but as the time wore on, it was obvious, he is the star of "The Chad Show," and just love, loves to talk about himself, and any topic you bring up, he will find a way to relate it to some experience he's had. Got old and annoying...just finish my car! (Just an aside note lol) So, since it took so long and the place was going to close, we just got the car and left. When we got home, we really started noticing the flaws! Big bubbles, a flippin SCRATCH on the tinting, and on the front two windows, actual perforation lines, which we assume the machine uses for cutting purposes! So, we got online and did a Google search and found that no, none of these things are acceptable because they will not go away with time! Annoyed, my husband calls the next day and asks about these flaws and gets some BS about how they will go away! My husband insists on bringing it in for them to see, so he says he wants to come at 11:30ish and the guy agrees, and he gets there and the owners are, of course, not there and some young kid says the scratch is bad, but the perforation dashes will go away! Yeah right! So, super annoyed, we wait over a week just to prove that this crud is not gonna go away magically, and my husband calls to schedule an appt. to get it redone! And they seem annoyed with us, but give him an appt. So, my husband drops off the car, and again, the owners are NOT there. He puts post-its on the windows with arrows pointing to all the flaws, so they could not say they didn't see any of them. We go to pick up the car, and it did look a ton better, but we got to hear comments like "looks perfect now huh?" with no apology what-so-ever, like we are supposed to be super impressed that they were able to do what should have been done the flippin first time!!! Call me old fashioned, but for people who say they were "raised well" and take pride in customer service, one would expect them to say something like "Oh, we are so, so sorry for this huge inconvenience." Nope, not these lazy piles! Chad made it obvious that he is not into taking pride in his job, as he does not follow through with things he says, is not present much of the work-day, is bothered by having to do the job the right way, and is annoyed that anyone dare point out his employee's crap job! You can go to the Better Business Bureau's website if you don't believe me. They have an F rating, which stems from people filing complaints, and them not doing anything...you know, cuz that requires effort and care and pride. If you do decide to go to this place, make sure you check your windows really well before you leave, especially if you don't drive a Bentley! LOL, but I'm actually serious! We suggest you take your car out of town to get your tinting done. There just in not enough competition or, I suppose, good competition in this desert to force these lazy punks to work harder and display a little ounce of integrity! If you want to pay $200 to listen to how Chad is the amazing Master of the Universe, while his cruddy employees botch your tint job, then this is the place for you lol! read more

Invited Chad Shupp (owner) to submit a proposal to apply film to almost all the windows in our home (save one giant slider). Our goal was 100% UV block with minimal reduction to the wonderful light and exterior views. Chad showed up right on time and totally knowledgeable about his products, including ceramic films. We had already done some research and spoken with another company so we knew our options (reflective, shaded, transparent, etc.) Chad answered every one of our questions and seemed to just understand exactly what we needed. He offered a very competitive price, and promised installation that very Saturday. As promised, installer Steve showed up exactly on time and did an impeccable installation: he was respectful of our home, fastidiously clean, and a bit of a perfectionist. The installation included a reflective film on the exterior of our front (all glass) doors, and a frosted film on the inside which had to be fitted around non-removable leaded glass panels mounted directly to the glass. Steve spent an appreciable amount of time making sure the fit was perfect, and the result is something to behold. We were so thrilled with every facet of the finished job that we had Steve return 3 days later to install film on the one remaining window we had originally planned to skip. We are happy to recommend Suneez with no reservations. read more

I had this company tint all of the windows in my home a few years ago. I thought I had posted a review here but apparently not, OR they delete older reviews. As I'm about to re-do 2 of the windows that originally had window A/C's in them to cover the entire area now I went looking for a different company. The estimation process was easy, I believe it was Aaron who arrived on time and was very pleasant. He told me that 2 men would do the installation and it shouldn't take longer than 4 hours tops. I had just had hip surgery and it was tough to sit in a wheelchair all day without getting at least an hour or so to lay down and get out of the chair, so no more than 4 hours sounded great to me... The men were supposed to be here at 9 AM to install and when it was 9:40, I called the company and got what I believe was Aaron's brother/partner. He told me he wasn't at the shop yet, was running late and 'no one can leave the shop until I get there". When I asked WHEN that would be, he said a few minutes, but the worker didn't get here until 10:45 AM...AND he was alone. The job seemed to take a long time for each window but the worker started on the last 4 windows in the house and he seemed a little confused about how to approach the windows with the window A/C units in them but muddled thru the 1st one (there were only 2 total)....By then it was 5 PM and I was very tired, in some pain and told him to finish the glass door he had started and we were calling it a day. He wasn't happy, but neither was I about how long this had taken and we weren't even finished....He left about 5:45 PM and came back the next day to finish 1 more glass door and window...that took another hour. Had they sent the 2 men at the promised appointment time, this would be a much more positive review...I didn't think the tinting was bad, but it could've been a better fit on some windows. I also didn't think the young man had as much experience as he should've and certainly needed the help of a 2nd man to do the whole house in the time promised. P.S. I know it's heresay, but AFTER the job, I came in here to review the company, and I wasn't the only one or two or 3 people that complained about late or forgotten appointments for tinting a home's windows and many reviewers weren't happy with the job. Just saying...and I still ALWAYS ask any workman or estimator giving me an estimate, HOW LONG will this job take to complete? For most customers, this is an important question which needs an answer that is accurate. read more

I brought my new Audi here to get tinted, and couldn't be more pleased! They took more time than expected because UPS was late with their tint order, but that's absolutely not their fault. As you can see, they offer a coupon on here, which I was going to ask for, but they automatically put it on the invoice before I even asked.
