She is extremely warm yet professional. For my elopement not only was she able to recommend a wonderful officiant and florist- and picked up the flowers the morning of! she really went above and beyond for her sense of adventure. She was with us the entire action-packed day starting with a walk in the redwoods, a picknick at a winery and even went out on a kayak with us as we free-dove the kelp and explored some other features of the coast. What a great sport! I doubt many photographers would do that, on top of having great skills. I can't thank her enough for helping us our special day, and for capturing it all so well. I look back on our photos nearly daily to remember it.

Clear Shot Creations agreed to take photos of my land listing in Kelseyville. They rescheduled…read moreseveral times. Finally, after 11 days they cancelled saying the road was rough, there was brush, etc. I called another photographer, and he found it easy to access the land. He delivered photos the next day. Clear Shot does take good photos, but their scheduling process and customer service are chaotic. I don't mind a photographer turning down a shoot at the time of scheduling. But it's unprofessional to hold it for 11 days and then bail at the last minute saying it's "not worth it" to them. If you agree to do something, then do it. I would not recommend hiring them to shoot vacant land. Look for a photographer who owns a pair of boots, has a vehicle with high clearance, and has the physical ability to walk on terrain that is not a paved sidewalk. Don't hire Clear Shot to shoot land.

Always great photos with Todds Fotos, but be aware of some Metrolist rules regarding city park, and…read morestaged photos. Agents are not allowed to publish "city park " photos that are not "HOA" parks for private use, and adding landscape and grass to a bare yard are also apparently considered off-limits with Metrolist, even with actual and stage-labeled pics in succession! Todds Foto folks took all these photos for us at their choice, and we had to remove those mentioned after receiving a warning from Metrolist. Our MLS says you can stage, but not enhance your photos :-) Lesson learned!
