    I can't say enough to express how thankful we were to have Prasad by our side at our Ft. Bragg wedding October 8th 2022. She thought of everything and kept us on track month by month, hour by hour, minute by minute. It was not an easy event to plan, everything had to be brought in and things were constantly changing, from vendor illness, and weather concerns, to venue changes, she had a back up for everything! The day of the event she was always checking in with us, making sure our every wish was handled with elegance, care, and grace. She navigated the event, the family, the vendors and our wishes perfectly. I would highly recommend her to assist with any event.     Prasada did an exceptional job planning our wedding. I don't know how we would have done it without her! She made sure that everything was taken care of (decor, cake, DJ, timeline, food, flowers, photographer, literally everything) and she has a great eye for what colors and themes work well together. Prasada made sure to really listen to what we wanted, but make it come to life with her magic. She was also very organized, responding to every email and remembering every single detail we had asked for. The day of the wedding Prasada quite literally took care of everything and made sure it was seamless. Everyone commented on how perfect the day was and I'd have to agree that it went exactly how I had always dreamed, which has a lot to do with Prasada being there from start to finish to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. I would absolutely recommend Prasada in the future for any event you're planning. She is outstanding and will make sure that you have the event you always dreamed of.     Prasada is fantastic! She is highly professional, organized and made everything happen smoothly the day of our wedding and far before. We used Prasada events for our welcome dinner at Big River Beach the night before our wedding at MacCallum house in Mendocino. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the food at the BBQ. She walked us through all the vendor meetings and options for our wedding at MacCallum house - she helped us find the perfect vendors, from cake, DJ to officiant. Having her on site for our rehearsal and for the day of really helped relieve stress and make everything extra wonderful. She assisted with all those last minute decisions and details that change that nobody really expects. On your big day you don't want to be the one in charge of party planning and direction! You want someone like Prasada doing it for you. With Prasada you are in GREAT hands.

    On the Friday before our daughter's wedding in August, we hosted a beach BBQ for all of our guests (just over 100). We wanted a casual environment where we could combine lots of beautiful outdoor space, good food, activities for adults & children to achieve a festive, get-to-know-each-other party. We worked with Prasada to plan & cater the event for us and what a fun evening we had! We opted for the burgers/hot dogs/portobello mushroom menu with grilled corn, herbed potato salad & a yummy green salad. The food was terrific and everyone found something for them. We were very lucky to have a phenomenal, calm night on the beach, but we are sure we would have still loved it with a bit of wind and a bit cooler temperature (she provides blankets and builds a fire for s'mores and congeniality). In addition to what Prasada provides (absolutely everything you need), we added a guitar/singer, a shuttle to and from Mendocino for our guests, and porta-potties (as we opted to host the event further down the beach away from the public facilities). My daughter, new son-in-law, and all our guests raved about the beach BBQ and how much fun they had. Prasada was a dream to work with. She provided a clear estimate and list of options to choose from. She and her team took care of the set-up and clean-up. Her team did a terrific job - gracious, fun, and helpful. All in all, we give Prasada, her team and the Big River beach BBQ a gold star!!!

Our wedding was a bit complicated - from glamping tents to shower trailers, from multiple DJs to Drag Queens, from 3 cocktail hours to multiple brunches. Zoe kept a lot of moving parts in her head throughout a long planning process and helped us iron out an uncountable number of kinks. With her help, we unlocked savings with certain vendor contracts. With her help, everything stayed on time. With her help, we were able to surprise our guests with 3 different performances during the wedding reception. Zoe knows Mendocino well. Her deep roots along the coast became deeply valuable throughout the planning process. When we wanted to best pastries for our glampers, she had us try Franny's in Point Arena. When we wanted a vinyl DJ, she introduced us to Colby in Gualala. When we needed brunch at a reasonable price, she suggested Shay, a young caterer getting their business off the ground. Mendocino is one of most magical places I know and I know it because of Zoe's guidance. Zoe is a calming presence. Planning a wedding is a stressful ordeal. Every time we had a call with Zoe, she answered our questions clearly and concisely, offering help much of the time. But beyond the content of her answers, she had a way of reducing the anxiety my partner and I were feeling at that moment. This carried through well during the wedding weekend, when she consistently reminded us, through her actions, that we were in good hands. We cannot recommend Zoe and her team highly enough! She was very hands-on and brought extra materials that really elevated the overall look of our wedding. She also hired a wonderful team to make it all happen - everyone was kind to us and our guests, thorough, and deeply professional. Our location was pretty unique, and no one in the area had done a wedding of our size (75 people) on the field we used, but Sarah absolutely pulled it off. We never saw any of the behind-the-scenes chaos - only the ease and joy she brought to the entire process. Leading up to the wedding, Sarah was easy to reach and great to communicate with. She provided helpful tools to keep everything organized and worked with us to create a clear, manageable timeline. Having a knowledgeable wedding planner is invaluable during the planning process. My husband I are were married by Autumn in June with only our closest friends & family present. We contacted Autumn in April and she was ready to begin hearing our vision & planning for our wedding almost immediately. Autumn listened to us, asked the questions she needed to understand our relationship and priorities for what we wanted incorporated into ceremony (for us, it was our foundation of friendship and our girls)...& only a few weeks later she reached back out with an initial draft of our ceremony for us to look over and decide if it captured our essence. She is very easy to communicate with and responds promptly to emails. She has a natural talent for hearing what you are saying to her in the *way* you are saying it & she integrates the emotion and values of your relationship into your wedding ceremony. We could not have imagined a more beautiful ceremony for our guests. Autumn gave my husband & I a ceremony we will never forget. Additionally, autumn handles the processing of the marriage paperwork after the ceremony which is just one less thing on your plate during crazy wedding times! I loved her calm and positive energy, and I especially loved all the ideas she brought to the table. We only spoke for about an hour, but afterwards I felt so much better about how my wedding would be. She had excellent ideas about the ceremony, which was immensely helpful as the ceremony was the biggest part of my wedding that I was still struggling to figure out. I wanted my religion and spirituality to play a big part in the ceremony, without making any of my family and friends uncomfortable. A few of my family members are very conservative, and I wanted the ceremony to speak to them in a way they could understand, and still be very much in line with my own beliefs. Autumn knew exactly what I was trying to do and exactly how to do it. So I hired her as both my wedding planner and officiant. As my Wedding Planner, Autumn: 1. Helped find an artist to do my hair & makeup. 2. Helped plan the ceremony script & timeline, and wedding day timeline. 3. Found a florist to purchase + deliver my flowers. 4. Brought all the decorations to the reception site, set up everything (including place cards), then took down all the decorations, and delivered everything back to where we were staying. 5. Coordinated the wedding day/made sure everything ran smoothly. As my Officiant, Autumn: 1. Wrote a lovely script for my ceremony. 2. Played a drum to gather my guests. 2. Officiated my wedding! 3. Filled out the necessary paperwork as officiant. 4. Note: Autumn is rather soft spoken. This was perfectly fine for my wedding, as I only had about 30 people, and they stood in a circle around us. But if you are planning something larger, I would mic her. Autumn has wonderful ideas and recommendations for all things wedding related. Overall I would recommend Autumn because of the stabilizing/grounding energy she brought to my wedding. I was confident that my wedding would be a success because she was a part of it. And it was.

My husband is from New Zealand and I grew up in Germany so we had many international guests join us in Mendocino at MacCallum House for our Wedding and we couldn't have heard more rave reviews. There were many times our guests excitedly exclaimed to us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We picked the Mendocino Overlook for our Ceremony and were shuttled to and from by the stretch limo included in our package from MacCallum House. What a beautiful ceremony location which is a quick ride from MacCallum House. We were ever so lucky with the weather, sunshine, light winds and blue skies! Our reception was out in a tent on the grounds of MacCallum House. We had a photo booth, fire pit and lounge seating outside the tent. Inside the tent was the dance floor, more lounge seating and of course the bar! Our tent reception ended at 10pm but we are so happy the we transitioned seamlessly into the Mac House were the party continued on until much later! The dance party we were able to host inside MacCallum House with our DJ was one of our highlights. The food that Alan puts together is out of this world. We are fine dining restaurant lovers and wanted to make sure that our Wedding included our love of good food and wine. Mac House did not disappoint. Every steak was cooked to perfection and my vegetarian sister was in heaven with her vegetarian options! All of the appetizers that were passed were exactly as we had always hoped for, a touch of sushi was such a hit! My wine loving parents were thrilled with our wine options and my Whiskey loving husband and his friends were pleased with the Spirit and Cocktail options. We are so happy that we added on Late Night food for our guests which were put out in the MacCallum House during the late night dance party. We opted for the Morning after brunch. The Mac House did a fantastic job of changing up the decor a little in the tent and welcomed our guests back at 10am the morning following our Wedding. It was such a lovely way to end our Wedding weekend, sharing stories from the previous night, sharing a few last drinks (Mimosas and bloody Marys) and finally saying our goodbyes. Elisa was our onsite coordinator and I can not praise her enough. She made sure that every need was taken care of on our special day. Furthermore, she was so responsive and organized in the lead up to our wedding weekend. She responded to texts, calls and emails quickly and was able to predict any hiccup before it even occurred. Her personality is well suited for her job and she makes you feel more like you are communicating with your best friend while planning for the big day! Mollie, MacCallum House's General Manager, is ever so heartwarming and welcoming and the rest of the Mac team made sure all of our guests were well attended to and needs met! We had multiple planning weekends up in Mendocino and each time we arrived, we were met with such enthusiasm and open arms by the Mac House team. We went back to Mac House in October of 2019 following our July 2019 wedding and again we were made to feel so at home. You can't beat a cocktail or glass of wine in the Whale Bar, that's for sure. I hired Elsa to help (aka - take over) all wedding decor. She and I exchanged a few emails and she pretty much took it from there! She got my vision and executed against it flawlessly. I met with her in person at the venue walk through where we covered a few remaining details. Words cannot describe what a relief Elsa was! She was at the venue early, already setting up by the time I arrived. She created incredible and unique centerpieces consisting of vintage books, small vases, tea cups, and flower blossoms. She also presented my seating cards in a totally unique way - she hung them from suspended frames. Now if this isn't enough to win you over, Elsa did something that SHOCKED me. Throughout my wedding planning I often felt that my venders were over priced and taking advantage of the fact that I was trying to coordinate my wedding remotely. A few days after my wedding, we were opening the cards we received from the wedding and found one from Elsa. She wrote us a kind note and included a check for a partial refund. In her note she explained that a few of the flowers she purchased for our centerpieces had wilted and she wasn't able to use them. The day of the wedding, I had no idea this was even an issue because everything looked perfect. However, Elsa's honesty is refreshing and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Elsa! You made our day perfect!
