When Chana Garcia the real estate broker in charge of Tower Realty was advised that there was a lease agreement in place, she said that they don't want to rent to me because my tone of voice specified that I would be trouble and that I should sue her. They are unethical, commit fraud and breach contracts and their properties are of substandard quality.

My problem with this property manager is that their new property manager Griselda is unprofessional. She didn't answer my pest control request until a month later when I called and only texted back responses like at 10pm at night telling me that in the future that I will have to pay for pest control when that is not what my lease agreement says. I didn't realize it at the time but my unit is constantly getting earwigs and spiders all over the house and even as I'm showering. I have to keep an eye open just in case a spider lands on me.... I was BIT by an earwig while sitting in my living room out of nowhere so obviously it is a needed maintenance. Why am I being penalized for it? I've never had this experience with any other complex. Update: I got a text back from the property management with a different tone. I contacted my landlord who resolved the problem so I will give a Star for that.
