Do not go to this nail salon! I got a powder dip today on nails and regular pedicure. I picked a purple color which she said was the same for both.As she was doing dip I said it looked alot lighter than the sample. I said won't match my toes. She says" no!no! it's good.!"When the pedicure girl started I said "it doesn't match my nails. "She goes to owners wife who says again "no no it's good. " When i left and I went outside I was very upset. My toes and fingers not only don't match but aren't even close in color !!!!! I called hoping they would redo one of them. Their response.. " you picked the color!" Actually I didn't .. I said " dark purple" 55 later and I was very upset.. Thinking they would say come back to redo. Nope she says " you go to another place" There are many nail salons in Rockland... DONT GO TO THIS ONE! read more

Came to this salon a day before going on vacation. I got a gel manicure on Monday and by Wednesday every nail on my hand was chipped except my thumb. I paid $30 for the gel and the end result looks like I just used regular polish. It's hard to find a good manicurist in Rockland County....if you know of any send the suggestions my way. Don't waste your time or money at this salon. The salon looks very nice but unfortunately the final product does not match!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!! Not only are they rude they are Racist! The owner and his wife continuously Yelled at me whenever I asked a question or inquired about a service. They refused to service me and told me to wait for the worker to come in. I was there on time for my appointment but I was told to wait and they serviced other people before me who had no appointment. At one point they spoke in their native language when I asked what they were saying the man replied you are impossible... this is my store you don't tell me what to do. I simply asked for him not to use the mechanical filing tool so much on my nails because it hurt. They are unprofessional and rude! Do not waste your time or MONEY! Not worth it! read more

DONT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Wish I read the reviews before I went to this location. It's horrible. All nails were filed crooked. I kept telling her to stop filing and please make it straight by using the mail clipper first she kept filing. I asked her to stop she told me she can't do my nails and maybe someone else should do it. There's all but three women working and all have customers. I told her it's fine she can stop and leave my nails as is. Just a complete waste of time. Mail tech showed no regard and was laughing not sure if it was nervous laughter or her just being ignorant. I told her I'd pay for the service since she took the gel polish off. Not even sure why I offered that. Service was trash. Go to pay she's standing over my shoulder. Handed her my card and she asked me am I sure it's going to work! I was excuse me hurry up and swipe my card so I can go. Then she says it's normally $10 I'm like don't play with me you said I didn't have to pay anything I offered to pay for the polish removal and she said ok $5 why are you telling me anything is $10. Place is under new management and it is very clean and they are very professional. They are a husband and wife couple who are very friendly. The massage during the pedicure was amazing!!! $30 for a mani/pedi on Sunday is fair for the area. I will be coming back! read more
