They take their time and are meticulous with the mani/pedis. I find that my gel manicures from here last longer than any other salon in the area. I usually get a green tea spa pedicure which includes a foot scrub, mask, heat therapy, 15 minute leg/foot massage, paraffin treatment, and callus removal. Mid pedicure, they'll even offer a little bottle of water and coconut crackers as a little treat. They also recently installed new massage chairs for an added comfort. They are usually able to accommodate you day of if you come early, but if you need a specific time, I recommend calling in advance and making a reservation. There is also a parking lot to the side of the salon which makes parking here very convenient. I always leave here feeling very pleased with the service and quality of the nails. It's a little further away than the salons near my home but it's 100% worth the extra drive. The techs commute to the salon from Queens everyday so they have a long commute and a long working day, which makes me appreciate them so much more!

Just read the review from June 9th--it describes the same behavior I experienced. I paid $10 extra for a cat-eye design, and the photo clearly shows that it does not look like a cat eye. When I went back and politely explained that this wasn't what I had asked for, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, he became defensive and told me I would have to pay even more for a polish change. What is most disappointing is that he continues to respond to customers by arguing and making excuses instead of taking responsibility when the salon fails to provide the service that was requested. A professional response would have been a simple apology, a refund of the $10 charged for the cat-eye design, and an offer to correct the mistake without charging me again. Good customer service means listening to your customers, acknowledging when something wasn't done correctly, and making it right. Instead, I was met with a defensive, rude attitude and told to pay more to fix the salon's mistake. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
