The stylist didn't understand English so she asked a customer to translate. At the shampoo chair she proceeded to wash my hair and after having me sit up she began to vigorously rub in what I thought was a pre conditioner into my hair. I became suspicious when I caught sight of a nearby customers expression and reached up to touch the drip and was horrified to see that it was dye! I got up and walked over to the owner, Mayra, who was at the first chair applying dye to a customer's hair. I asked her why the stylist was rubbing dye into my hair as you would shampoo or conditioner. Mayra informed me that all her stylist had different ways of doing things and assured me that my hair would turn out right without damage. To shorten this review let me say what any experienced salon customer already knows, Mayra had to reapply the dye to my hair! She offered me no apology for allowing her inexperienced shampoo girl Jessie to scrub dye into my hair, No apology for the 3+ hours I was sitting in her salon and she still charged me $60! This morning I see that my hair is shedding already. It saddens me but I believe this never would have happened if I was a Spanish speaking person.

I paid over $200.00 for cheap extensions that fell off several days later. They use cheap products. The extensions they use look like the ones you buy at Walmart. My girlfriend told me about them and her experience is worse. She will write about it in a few days. Poor girl is trying to compose her self first. Please RUN...don't walk away from this place. If you want to spend your hard earned money for cheap products and poor customer service this is the place. I asked for the manager because I didn't like the work Nicole did. The "manager" was not available. Clearly they are either all related or protect each other while providing poor service. I am getting married in a few months. I was going to pay for 10 girls to get eye lashes, that's well over $1000. Nope not here. They will never see a dime from me. Go somewhere else. I see they now have a Groupon. I'm really angry now. I paid more than triple of what the Groupon offers. But I will admit, I wouldn't go there if it was free. I believe in tipping well but only if you provide good service.
