Outside of our own issues with this company, I've had countless complaints of similar issues from our neighbors and friends in other neighborhoods close by. We moved into a new development and the builder contracted with this company. And we found out from one of their previous employees that they take all of their young trainees and tell them to lay the sprinkler heads right off the concrete crease before the sod's put down to cut corners as there is no digging required. The problem with that is the back spray hits the concrete and you're literally are watering the concrete. Ours was cracked and had to be repaired because of this. Typical irrigation you install the sprinkler line/head a foot to 2 feet in. This allows for proper maintenance like edging work, and preventing damage to the concrete ,as well as creating a reasonable gap for fencing to be put in without damaging the irrigation system ,let alone damaged sprinkler heads. They didn't not adjust the sprinkles they installed, they were watering the street. We had to have multiple heads moved. They planted trees that are very toxic to dogs that and we had to pull out a replace them. They did a poor excuse of a job laying sod with gaps and holes over 4inches everywhere. It's one giant lumpy tripping hazard .Every landscape company and yard maintenance company we have had out could not help pointing how awful it looked and gaps/ holes when walking. We got Sod ourselves and still are having to cut and patch a year later. We had them out multi times because they couldn't get the job done right the first time. It's not work the headache to work with them, even if it was under warranty we decided to do it ourselves or hire another company to save time and stress.

He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.

I have used Event Rents for multiple events I have planned, my own wedding, birthday parties and they have always followed through. Delivery, consistency, and quality is truly the name of the game with these guys. I love that the staff have all been there for quite a long time. They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. But Phil is nothing but a scammer, he will take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Buy the way he will only accept cash; this is a sign. He will take on a job within hours only to reel you in, don't take the bait! Phil picked up our tub took it to his home shop for inspection and it was ready to deliver. Tub didn't show up as communicated that it would arrive. Three days later it needed a pump, and then a day later it require a second pump; to the tune of $500 per pump and $300 installation plus shop fee and delivery of $400. Needless to say we decided to take the tub back as it was delivered with supposedly rusted bad pumps. The tub shows up (cash only before it goes over the curb) and the head rest cushions are all missing (very queer), the main board cover floating around and I'm yet to find out what else was manipulated. Recommend to stay away from Coeur d Alene Spa's & Hot tub.
