Going camping with family confirm your sites are close to each other drive 3 1/2 hours and when you get there they have you on one side of the campsite and then on the complete opposite side of the campsite. Way to have a family get together. And customer service won't do anything about it been here for 24 hours now have not been resolved. Drove down from NYC on Saturday to purchase a advertised trailer at a great price. Dealt with a really nice salesperson, the manager was something else. Worked a deal out and they tried to make up the difference on my trade in. They must have thought I was born yesterday. They offered me almost 3000 dollars under the going price. Drove up to White Horse and bought the same kind of trailer,different make, 4 feet longer. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade and they waved the drop off and pick up of my trailer. We have been coming go here for several years with our RV. The Park has always been well maintained with helpful staff. Our biggest complaint, each year is that others have no respect for not walking through out site. While we are outside sitting in our chairs they will literally walk between us and our RV. There is clearly no education as to Campground etiquette when people check in. It's extremely invasive! read more

Not a great experience, we booked our cabins months ago to have 2 cabins next to each other as we were on a family vacation. We were moved 10 roads apart without any notice, so we could not eat, share space etc without walking, carrying all of our stuff or drive to each others camp ground. When I asked for us to be moved together and they refused and refused to give us our money back. read more

My wife and I went to look at a travel trailer that I had already put a deposit on, After agreeing with the salesman to purchase, we asked about using a coupon that was found in a flyer in the dealer for $250 off of ANY used RV, we were told rather rudely by the salesman (Bob Burnett) and then by the General Manager (Robert Androckitis) that we were already given too good of a deal and the coupon would not be honored. We again agreed to purchase the Trailer and the General Manager told us that he did not care about our deal it wasn't important to him. My wife and I agreed that it wasn't important to us either so we left. We were treated like total garbage and made to feel like we were not important to these money grubbing animals. Please do not spend your hard earned money here there are other dealers in the area that make you feel very good and actually have time for you. read more

Just wanted to give an update. Driftwood put in two decks for us and they were fantastic. Extremely well made. I could park a car on these and the workmanship was perfect. My father was a craftsman carpenter and I can appreciate quality construction. I highly recommend this company. They are there for you long after your purchase. Booked a weekend stay. As soon as I entered the office to check in I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies with great personalities. Explained everything to me that I needed to know. Once I entered my cottage we took a look and loved it. For my family and I it was perfect. Everything was nice and clean. Our cottage is near the park and pool so that was great. My little one loved the park. Although this weekend wasn't to hot she was able to enjoy the pool a bit. I'm glad I chose this place and I will be back. read more

We rented a cottage for 200.00 a night. I know Jersey Shore prices are ridiculous but I understand that. What I don't get is how dirty the cottage was considering what you pay. The floors were covered in dirt & dog hair. The return vent for the AC had a layer of dog hair caked on to it. The bathroom had a smashed mosquito on the wall - how can you miss that when the bathroom is so small. The deck needed a good sweeping & there were spider webs covering the outside lights & deck area. Once I cleaned it, then it was better but it's my vacation so I should be able to pay 200 a night & come to a clean cottage. Having said this the resort has many amenities & is convenient to shore points. The staff at the gate were friendly. read more

Great place! Our cottage was very clean upon arrival. We had to clean out the grill and fire pit. But that was not a big deal. The pools were big and kept clean and they had plenty of recliners. The bathrooms throughout the camp site were very clean The kids had a great time walking around and using the courts: basketball, volleyball and tennis. The convenience store had everything you would need. The arcade was a hit. Supermarket not too far to get groceries. I would have liked the lake to be bigger. Will return! Been to this campground numerous times. I will not be returning anytime soon. The campground has great wide rv sites. They are across from the pool and game room. That being said the weekly sites are basically at the entrance. So you will have a lot of vehicular traffic all Day & Night. This is annoying. Young kids is a concern with the cars... The staff are hit n miss. Most are boobs. They screwed up our reservation week who years straight. Meaning the site we wanted we were told was taken, but all week I stared at the empty site. The place has full time trailers all throughout and speaking to them the pricing keeps going up...they had power outages while we stayed... There book keeping is atrocious and this is a deal breaker for me... read more

We were told we were renting a brand new cottage. Get there and it was definitely a repo'd old park model that has seen better days. Horrible odor. Rusty water and no hot water. Broken TV. I just bought a beautiful park model from Driftwood and had them build a Florida room and deck as well, all at a very reasonable price. Everyone I worked with there was very professional, courteous, competent and accommodating. The salesperson (Debbie), sales manager (Bob A.), finance rep (Craig), building contractor (Leon Creamer), service guys (Dave, Ken, Carmen, Tom) and the service rep (Andrea) were all top notch and experts in their field. Especially after shopping at several other, less than reputable dealerships, I was completely satisfied with my experience here. This is reflective of our experience during arrival. When we arrived we were told we could not get into the site until closer to 3pm (check in) and told to come back at like 2:45 - 2:50 ish mind you the time was 2:25 pm when we arrived. It was odd as last year there was no issue and kinda stunned how fast they went from nice to down right aggressive. We drive to the site and waited with our infant twins in the car waiting to gain access all the while there was nobody in the site or housekeeping keeping us from gaining access. Went back up and got the key and started our vacation. At the end of the trip we gave in our key and access pass and went to another trailer (owned by a relative on the site) and went out. When we returned I had realized I left a item in the unit and went to the office to see if we could see if it were still there. When I got there the new folks coming into the unit were actually checking in (around 2:15 ish) and they stated the unit was cleaned out and apologized. In that time I watched the key being handed to the couple coming in after being told just a week earlier that this was not possible. Well this year we did not leave a deposit to return and will have to think long and hard on staying somewhere else considering the rules changing week to week. read more

Bought an RV in April of 2014. When we went to pick it up and they walked through it with us, we realized several defects that were in manufacturing. Thankfully someone from the manufacturer was on site and he walked through it with us. He was very nice. We had a nice big list of things that needed to be repaired. Started the warranty process and it was a NIGHTMARE! Every time we called to see where they were at with our parts, we wouldn't get a call back, wouldn't get an e-mail back, and when we spoke with someone, we got lots of excuses. Parts would come in, but they were wrong, they would fix something, and break something else. They would take pictures, draw diagrams, and take measurements, and STILL order the wrong parts. The sales agreements states we get an outside ladder... Never got it, they never even tried to make it right. A year later, and we still have several broken and defective items in our BRAND NEW travel trailer and Driftstone was a nightmare to deal with. Don't get me wrong, they are all wonderful right until they get your money. But, if you have a problem, despite having a warranty. Well, lets just say... take my word for it and don't even go there. read more

I would give less if I could. First, their staff, though pleasant they do rush you through things when buying. But not I have had three issues. One the door on the RV is giving issues, still looking to get that fixed, not from them. Slide out wasn't closing fully, their road repair guy couldn't figure out why and fix it. Lastly, something cracked the liner to my hot water heater. Rod is fine and all but just cracked and so outliner is rusting. All issues above they say the warranty they sold me won't cover any of it. It was a third party warranty. After I called them up and explained that the hot water heater is a porcelain lined tank they agreed if that failed then they would cover it since it is a material failure, have the claim submitted. I called 2 times to Liz who I had worked with when they said it wouldn't be covered and still no call back. I got someone from the campground it is in who said they would fix it with me at cost. So I am not even going through warranty but I can't wait to have it fixed anymore. So some take aways, they will only respond and call you when you owe them money!!! Thanks Liz for the great response, everytime I called and left voicemail never got a call back, I would need to call again, she only called the first time to tell me they couldn't do anything and wanted $75. Second. If you are buying from here a trailer DO NOT get the extra care warranty. They make it sound amazing, the exact words of my finance guy "It gives you three years of peace of mind, any problems and they are cover look it covers doors, slide outs, shower, ...." Listed everything but when you go to get a claim, oh well that is only covered if it is metal and your trailer isn't. Oh that is only covered if (insert bogus excuse here). Don't waste your money. Don't use them for the repair either, I had another place come and fix my slide out for cheaper and they couldn't figure it out. read more

This dealership does not keep its word. I dealt directly with sales manager Bob at a recent RV show. Showed him pictures of my camper and detailed problems that it had. We struck a deal, shook hands signed a paper and paid a deposit. When we hauled our trade-in all the way to their location only for them to renege on the deal and try to cut a couple thousand off of the offer. They tried to sell me on rational of purchasing from a local dealer for support after the sale, but If they can not keep their word at the time of sale, it does not bode well for the future of a relationship. read more

We stayed her for 2 nights in our 35 foot fifth wheel RV. They only have 20 or so transient sites. We had a deluxe pull thru site. It was a level asphalted site. Easy in & out. Our site was across the street from the arcade & store.The problem we had was they claim to have security at night but, we did not see anyone. Quiet time started at 11 PM. We had kids of all ages riding bikes & loitering in front of the closed store laughing & having a great time until 12:30PM on Friday night. On Saturday night we had 2 women & 1 man arguing in front of the store at 1:30AM until 2:00AM. It was the noisiest campground we have stayed at in along time. read more

I will NEVER use them again and would strongly urge others to find another dealer. As someone else posted "they only call right back if you owe them money". It took 2.5 months to get two repairs done, 4 months for them to tell me they couldn't get a tank "because they don't have access to that dealers parts". They kept stalling on sending out and itemized work order for payment, since I wouldn't pay them without it they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card without my permission. Lastly, I paid to have my trailer moved back on site, their accounting department forgot to tell them. I got onsite, no trailer. They refused to call someone in to do it and said they would take care of it on Monday. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience they said "no". I wonder how long it will take to get my money back...... read more
