The person who grave the quote was prompt, efficient and professional. Quote itself was a bit of sticker shock. But I guess that's the going rate now days. I sat on the quote for a few days because I was sticker shocked. But after a few days decide just to go with it because I wanted to get it done. I gave them a call to schedule the work and did a down payment over the phone. Person came out on when they said they would and completed the work. Did a good job and at least I know the work is done right. IE - no more leaks. Minus a star for the price. But piece of mind is worth it.

They quoted a price - which came very close to what the insurance company was willing to pay (Roof Joker & insurance company did NOT work together to determine the cost of the repair). We now have an upgraded roof (above the builder grade). It took them two days to repair to roof - and they cleaned up rather well. BTW - they do not send out "agents" knocking on doors to drum up business - their reputation brings them the business. Their crew are long time workers for Roof Joker and not from Lowe's or Home Depot parking lots.
