I called and was told that they have only one delivery driver and that he's out of town this week. Yeah so what the heck right? Why, in situations like this doesn't the fat assed owner get in the truck and deliver my mower already. John Deere may build a pretty decent machine but Ag Pro of Ga doesn't do a very good job of servicing their customers. I'd steer clear of these guys unless you want a big fat middle finger shoved in your face for asking them to do their job. Shame on them..

While the dealership staff is very helpful, our TYM tractor experience is a disaster: we have a…read morenew, $72,000 T115 tractor sitting in our equipment garage that is not safe to use and has been out 20 days for service and repairs. While we have seen positive reviews of the smaller TYM tractors, the T115 has a model specific 'jumpy' clutch problem, which puts anyone near the machine in danger. After a week of adjustments, I can now sometimes enjoy a soft roll-off start forward, but then - in the same gear - it jerks backwards, damaging our expensive attachments and even bending a 1 1/8 thick inch steel hitch pin. The dealership referred us back to the TYM headquarters in Atlanta, who doesn't return phone calls or replies to messages. We recommend to stay away from the larger TYM tractors. We will need to engage legal help to return the TYM.
