By the end of the session, the tightness in my hip and lower back had loosened up significantly, and I felt much better. So on that front, she delivered. That said, the experience was unusual in a few ways. You're given only a small towel to cover up. If you're modest, this probably isn't the place for you. The most surprising moment was when the massage therapist climbed onto the table and straddled over me to work on my back. I've had plenty of sports therapy massages over the years, and I've never had a therapist get up on the table. It caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Also worth noting: after I paid for the massage with a card, she insisted on a cash tip. That felt a bit awkward and put me on the spot. Bottom line, she got the job done, and I left feeling better than when I walked in. But between the unconventional techniques and the overall vibe, I'm not sure I'd go back.

The owner is a beautiful and intelligent skilled health professional so she understands human anatomy. The massage lasts for the time that you request and is thorough. If someone left a bad review he or she probably didn't keep an appointment or arrived late. These places do not have enough clientele to warrant numerous staff members so they are busy at times especially when they are good at what they do. Place has a peaceful, clean quiet ambience in which you can thoroughly relax. Therapy is adjusted depending upon your tolerance. A translation app on a phone is handy if you wish to discuss your needs in detail. I personally like going in right after the gym and a hot shower. I left feeling completely relaxed and able to sleep before traveling the following day. I don't get to any one location with any frequency but I will return to Sunny every time I am in Las Cruces.
