    Nice selection

Loved this place! The staff was very welcoming when my group arrived. Ari showed us the process and made sure we were happy with our selections. There are so many options to paint too! Truly something for everybody. The prices are affordable for the quality of the experience. I plan to become a regular. Thanks Paint and Fire!

If you're wanting to spice up date nights with your boo, this is the place! We booked a reservation online which was quick, and easy to find. A table was reserved for us when we arrived. Process is simple and smooth. We were greeted by a gentleman, told us to wash our hands, then pick out a ceramic. The ceramics range about $10-$50+, paint first then pay when you're all done! They suggest starting with basic colors first, and gradually work with other colors! They play some chill music like Sade while you're painting. Pretty neat spot! After about a week or so, they will text you when it's ready to pick up. I'll upload out fired ceramics soon :) Great service, & great vibes! Thank you

Cute little spot and they fit us in same day. A lot of pottery to choose from to paint, fun little date idea.

I was visiting in the area and went out solo for a fun and chill birthday. The woman working was very sweet and helpful. I had to get the final results mailed to me back in LA and it was packaged and maintained perfectly. I'm not the best artist and wish I would've gave myself more time, but I love the end results and the overall experience!

What I liked the most , No rush, you absolutely feel like you're at your own studio and if can't finish your project in one visit, you simply leave it safely at the cart with the other unfinished projects and come back during studio hours to continue painting until it's completed. I LOVE that concept!basically you paint at your own time during studio hours. They provide everything, paints, brushes, etc you just pay for your project of choice. I love this place highly recommended for a date night, girls date night, solo time, any event you can think of, groups of 6 or more require reservations. Ceramic painting, canvas, candles and so much more. I'll definitely be going back over the next few days to finish my very detailed skull! Recently moved from Texas and this is one of my new favorite places. Thank you One Spot, you got a new regular

I had an amazing time at The Hot Spot in 4S Ranch!!…read more I took my friend for her birthday and we had a blast. A fun, creative art workshop where you can pick from a variety of options from painting pottery to making candles to building your own garden pot. The prices are clearly written on the item and it's all inclusive (the item, all materials, and use of their facility) so no additional fees other than tax. Most items were between $20-35. The owner was friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of free parking in the large shared lot. You're allowed to bring your own drinks and food as well. We opted to make candles and it was really fun. You start with picking out your glassware, then cutting up the colored wax pieces you want to use and fill them in your glassware, then choosing which glitter color and scent you want. They pour hot wax to mold it all together and the candles ready to go within 15 mins. A great activity for all ages including adults. This would be a great option for any type of celebration, date night, hang out with friends, or spending time with your kids. There's something for everyone.

It was a time our life was disrupted and things were very hard for my son. He loves art and we tried 29PCC in hopes it would bring him joy and it brought us so much more. We are now living much farther away but make the 1.5 hr trip back for art class when we can. Just last night my son said, "Mommy, I miss Ms. Gretchen!" And I figured it was time to leave a review! Ms. Gretchen has a beautiful way of letting him be him, fully. My son is level 1 autistic, plus very shy at times because of lack of socialization due to a rare disease that keeps him in the house a lot. But when with Ms. Gretchen, none of behaviors are challenging, none of his behaviors need to be adapted - she is so loving and accepting in a way that allows him to feel cared for amd safe. To love and care from a distance in the way that she does is such a strong quiet power and we are grateful to know and to have the opportunity to continue returning to 29 Palms Creative Center. Also, the entire place is a gorgeous adventure. I find something new and delightful to look at every time we go. Forever grateful

I must also commend the teaching staff; their instructional abilities were outstanding, offering clear, insightful, and incredibly encouraging guidance that greatly enhanced the learning experience for all participants. However, I did note a couple of aspects that I believe could be refined to elevate the overall experience even further. There was a distinct feeling throughout the session that we were quite pressed for time to finalize our pieces. This accelerated pace, unfortunately, limited the opportunity for more detailed refinement or unhurried exploration, detracting slightly from the meditative and expressive potential of the medium. Additionally, while I understand the importance of maintaining a tidy workspace, the requirement for participants to handle the full cleanup immediately upon concluding our work contributed to this sense of being rushed, rather than allowing for a more gradual and relaxed end to the creative process.
