We've called, left voicemails, and the only response we've received for him are vague promises like "we'll try to get there this weekend," with no follow-through. It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly. Integrity Vapor Barrier Services is a company with integrity, well named, and it was all due to a misunderstanding around the scheduling which led me down a horrible road. I experienced an extremely taumatic scam recently and when Integrity did not show up as I thought they were scheduled to, I panicked and began to relive that scam. I have spoken at length with Patrick who has been extremely forgiving and understanding. I am truly sorry for any impact this may have on his reputable business and am hoping very much that noone makes any decisions based on that review.
