I'm disgusted with the lying From the general manager, who helped me initially with some problems, but then in my last conversation when talking about rent that was promised to not go up more than just a couple bucks to several hundreds Of dollars. And I noticed the eye roll. He gave his sales manager when wondering if I was still waiting after 5 o'clock for an appointment we had made, and I was still cordial and nice with him and pretended I didn't see that. The best part? When they canceled at the last minute, a walk-through to verify that the apartment has been clean, so there is no charge which has been confirmed with three different staff members, but don't worry it's a revolving door of employment at this, And getting a cleaning charge. Sure the building is nice and inside and it's not a standard boring modern white interior like every other apartment available, There are quite a couple of staff members who are very nice. I was glad to work with. But the final little slap in the face with a cleaning charge after all others and myself have clearly went through and documented, it's disgusting. In case you're wondering why there are so many five star reviews, As soon as you walk into the building, there is a massive Sign that insists you leave a review right next to the barista machine and desserts. It's a nice sales tactic. I'll give them that.

They sell you the idea of resort living when in reality is more like hell living. When we first moved here the leasing company gave us the wrong apartment, so we have to pay extra days in our old place to hold our belongings (that should be a red flag right there) but because I got a better job I need to move quick and the apartment we received was clearly done last minute. Paint that didn't match in bathroom walls (similar colors but different) A/C has never work, we called the leasing office to inform about that since day one and they keep sending maintainance guy that have no clue or training in A/C equipment (so far 6 nightmarish month here ) A/C or heater does not work but leasing company (front desk) refused to send us a real A/C technician. The fans and lights are interconnected to other apartments, so if someone in other apartment turn lights on at 3 am our light in the master bedroom and living room turn on too. We informed leasing -front desk and guess who was sent? The Maintenance guy who knows nothing about fans and lights. During Hurricane time, the roof has a leak an all living room furniture and carpet in the living room got damp and again we contacted the leading-front office, for them to sent the same maintenance guy that is clueless about everything to check the roof and his answer "oh looks like a tile move, but nothing is bad. Let's wait for the next storm to see what happens.., really? Just really! The pressure water in this apartment ment is the worse I have ever seen in my life, we reported too... the answer- oh because it is the last floor that's way!- just unacceptable! Now last Wednesday (January 8th) it was and electrical short in this area and damage the modem of the spectrum (internet service provider of this place) today is January 14,2025 and we still without internet. We have contact spectrum since January 9th to request service, but not way we get a technician here. So we contact the leasing -front desk office to ask for help with this issue since that's the exclusive provider they pick for this building and we explained what's going on. Their answer- oh we can't help , you have to continue trying! The mailboxes that no work so all packages were stock in an apartment 1st floor main building where packages and letters go misplaced. Cannabis smell all over and let's not talk about the noise that no one control here. the leasing office people here is the most inefficient and lest helpful I ever seen in my life. This leasing company and their people are not prepare to manage buildings this big. Everything here is an absolute chaos, but they expect their rent on time. Definitely and without a doubt this is the worse place I have ever rent ! So if you are considering to move here think twice . If you need I will provide pics, emails, videos and audio

The repair men was polite and knowledgeable He explained the job and gave me some options. He went right to work and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained the cost and said he would email me the receipts, which he did. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors. I wish more repairman were as good and reliable as he was Thank you Bob D.

I think it's a management issue... You can't expect someone to clean 30+ pools per day thoroughly and take care of all the equipment/chemicals, etc. it's just not gonna happen. NOTE: all except one of the photos posted here was uploaded by the business owner. I'm not sure what they're trying to convey with pictures of vehicles, baseball team, and pools. I highly recommend to any pool owner installing cameras so you really know what's going on with your pool cleaning.
