From the moment I walked in, Dylan greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He walked me through the available machines, explaining the features of each one in detail without any pressure, ensuring I picked the right equipment for the job. The rental process was seamless; Dylan handled all the paperwork quickly and even gave me tips on safe operation and maintenance to make sure everything went smoothly on-site. The equipment itself was top-notch--well-maintained, clean, and performed flawlessly throughout the rental period. No breakdowns or issues whatsoever, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. What really stood out was Dylan's follow-up. He checked in midway through the rental to see if I needed anything else, and when I returned the machines, he made the inspection quick and fair. Owner said he would provide a crane to remove a container from a transport vehicle. The crane never…read moreshowed up and instead he brought a tow truck to pull a 53-foot container off the trailer, which ended up damaging the truck driver's trailer. He then promised a crane for a specific time and date to remove another 53-foot container. The crane did not show up at the agreed time, and after multiple conversations the owner stopped answering his phone. The crane finally showed up the next morning. Because of his breach of contract, we had to pay $400 in damages for the first truck driver and $2,300 to the second truck driver for 20 hours of wasted time. The owner of TL George then showed up at our place of business demanding $3,100 and told us that damaging the first driver's trailer and costing us $2,700 wasn't his problem. He made it clear that either we pay him or he would see us in court. He even showed up with documents that instead of our signature on them just said "Phone" but no part of that contract was actually expressed over the phone. Moral of the story: rent from anyone else, even if it means going out of town, because this guy will take advantage of you and doesn't care.

I needed to rent some equipment for my yard. When walking in I got great help and advice from one…read moreof the workers out back. But, when it came to renting the piece of equipment I needed, the guy behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly. Both when renting the equipment out and when i brought it back. I assume he's one of the owners or owners sons. Middle aged guy, maybe in his late 30's early 40's. Attitude was like he could care less about anything you had to say. When asked any questions he gave very short and sassy responses. Almost like you were putting him out. It doesn't take that much effort in smiling and being nice to your customers guy. I've worked in customer service for many years and a smile and greeting alone is Customer Service 101. This guy is in the wrong line of work. I'll never rent from here again. They're not the only rental store in town.
