Yes sir, you may be as loud as you want, that's not the issue. The issue is the constant swearing in front of children, in a family restaurant! And maybe try to represent your company a bit better. Even one of your fellow co-workers seemed very embarrassed on they way you guys were acting. They ended up leaving and bad mouthing/cussing as they headed out the door. I got my machine repaired under warranty with these people (it was never even fixed right and has…read morethe same exact problem, but that's another issue) I was told some other things were needed that were not under warranty and that my portion would be 125$ and the rest would be COVERED under warranty, ok fine. So after it was 'fixed' I came picked up my machine and paid the 125$ 2 days later we used the machine for the first time and presto it's doing the same thing. Whatever I don't have time to mess with it so we just sold it. After a few months of continued calls (6 in total) saying the warranty repair portion has not been paid. I told them it wasn't my responsibility and that they needed to contact the warranty company the lady on the phone became upset and threatens me that I need to pay my bill etc etc. I hung up on her for being rude and called JR and I told him what happened and he started talking loud cutting me off and telling me I need to pay the bill AFTER they told me the warranty company would pay. He said it was MY problem and I would have to deal with getting paid from them. YEA NO! I told them the machine never even worked after we picked it up and had the same problem as when it came in! All he said was "I need to pay again to have it looked at." Can't fix it right the first time? Rude customer service? Seems to be the norm In the pressure washing business! Sorry fellas!
