My service tech was very nice and professional. She recommended the alignment and something else. When she i formed me the waiter would be 3 hours with the oil change and alignment, I opted to get a ride home and not wait at the dealership. Came back 3 hours later because I had an event later than afternoon, spent money on an Uber because that was the cheapest (still not super cheap, but beggars can't be choosers), and arrived at the service department only to be told that they needed an additional 40 minutes. I said no, I needed to be somewhere. So she said they needed 15 minutes, cool. I could wait 15. 15 turned i to 30+ only to learn "hey, the machine didn't work, so you're good to go." In my head I'm like wait, so you have had my car for over 3 hours, and it took you that long to figure out your machine didn't work? I would have just stayed for the oul change, but now I dropped a pretty penny to get back here only to be told the machine was not working?! More frustrating, I keep trying to call the service department to speak to someone about getting reimbursed for the damn Uber. No luck getting through. I am definitely not happy right now.

This entire situation is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, and I am now considering getting legal representation to handle this. The service person patiently answered ALL my questions about the recall. In 2 days Perry Fords Mobile service came to my house and performed the recall repair. Even though Aaron Ford is close by, I will continue to use Perry Ford for my service and vehicle purchases. Even if it means driving to National City.
