The equipment is all new and maintained properly. Everyone at the company is friendly, clean cut, nicely attired. They are on time. Their communication is excellent. They pick up the phone when you call. I rented a mini-excavator recently to do work in my yard. It was virtually brand new. We used it all day. I got the machine stuck in a drainage ditch at 5:30pm. I called the company expecting no one to answer. The owner, Casey Wyatt, picked up the phone. To my astonishment, he said he would be right over. He arrived 10 minutes later and freed the machine in moments. He then asked me exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I explained. He then said, I'm here I'll do it for you. He proceeded to work on MY project for the next hour. He completed in an hour what would have taken me 3. He refused to be paid anything more then the original rental fee. Amazing. The team lead played favorites I obviously wasn't one of her favorites for some reason. After having a few conversations with my concerns of being unfairly treated. I was not treated like the rest of the team. It was totally denied. She was not interested in having a conversation with me about it. So I went to upper management and talked about my concerns where I was told that she is new in the position and he was training her. Nothing changed. After the second conversation with the upper management I was told that he was going to stick with his team lead no matter what. I was not looking for anybody to stick with anyone I just wanted to be treated just like everybody else. That never changed. This is a home depot company so I called Home Depot HR explain my concerns. I was told they were going to look into it. I received an email back from the homeDepot let me know that they passed it on to compact power is HR to settle this. I decided to quit the company.This was a few months ago and I never heard from anyone.
