This Sunbelt Rental is inside the Tega Cay, SC Walmart…read more I needed to rent a pressure washer to clean a 3 year old concrete patio. After a couple of phone calls, I learned these small Sunbelts specialize in tools and equipment for the DIY homeowner. I talked with Zach about the 1400 PSI electric pressure washer which was on the lower end of the cost range. My research suggested buying eco-friendly cleaning solution as well. He educated me on the different types of equipment they had in stock and recommended the 2400 PSI gas unit. It's a little higher cost wise but much more powerful. It has 3 different types of spray nozzle attachments which are designed to give you flexible range of use for what you're cleaning and cleaning solutions for concrete are not needed. It also comes with a 50 foot hose and trigger wand which gives you one setting of on or off. It's a 6.5 horsepower engine with a one gallon gas tank. I was a little skeptical about putting the gas unit in my SUV but Zach assured me all their units were cleaned and serviced after every use. He also mentioned their equipment is newer and is rotated out to make room for newer and more advanced equipment. I went with the minimum 4 hour rental taking into account the drive time round trip. The net cost was right at $50 bucks total. It was smooth and easy, everything worked fine and all was 'as advertised' by Zach and the Sunbelt web site. The only little nit I had was that you are required to re-fill with gas or they levy with an up charge. I found a gas fuel container and funnel and was able to re-fill it without taking it out of my SUV since it weighs about 75 pounds. They also offer a 10% military veteran discount and they will load and unload at their facility. Overall a better than expected experience. I do recommend wearing the safety equipment of eye wear, gloves and safety shoes. The hose will drain water after use so a plastic tarp in your SUV will do the trick.

This journey now with Sunbelt has been on-going for about 8 months now on my end. I had been…read morewaiting on Lindsey Mccabe for 7 months with promises on a position with the HVAC Division as we talked numerous times in text and time and time again on the phone, telling me the whole time I had the job, even on speaker phone in front of my whole family as witness and I was best for the position, just to have my hopes crushed with no directive or even we cannot use you, but after 7 months referring me to another division of Sunbelt, Flooring. Flooring division again was the same thing, we are interested, we want to meet you in person, Amy Barchak just dropped the ball and like Lindsey basically ghosted me again, was told we were meeting, to hold on, wanted to get with me, sounds like I fit in, etc. After going on almost 9 months and putting my life on hold by pushing other offers off, another dead end promise. Myself and my family were excited about it for months and months, now we have a different opinion about this experience. Everyone in my family are in upper management with major businesses and hospitals, they all said this was very unprofessional, look elsewhere, you don't want to be in a company like this. I talked with some of my affiliations with my international organizations this week and they also said the same thing. I have reconsidered my interest after the whole application process with Sunbelt today late December, it is not something I want to be involved with. I thought a company that does 2.3 Billion annually would be more, caring, advanced and professional about the hiring process. Terrible place to work for I am guessing if behind the scenes these types of incidents go on and maybe a good thing I found out now how the company treats people, cannot image how other candidates are treated also.

An important part of any such business is the support you receive from your equipment trade account company. For many years, the reputable go-to for honest, reliable, truly friend-worthy service for all of my trade support services could be found at the business of Mack Blythe's establishment. When he retired, however, this superior service that I had come to expect retired with him. The new relationship I attempted to foster there for trade related services left me stung, harmed, & wary. It was crooked & I was dis-served! Three years ago I had had enough of any of the concerns operating anywhere nearby my location. I sucked it up & tried a business a little furthur from my location. ***That would be Joshua Joubert's Interstate Supplies & service.*** I was naturally wary there, too, but with each visit, my concerns were rendered unwarranted. This is a family operation, Just like Mack Blythe's business was. You can go in and you will be met by a team of friends, family & associates. Joshua, Bill, Marie, Jennifer, Cliff, Mary, Terry, Mackenzie, Mrs. Joubert, to name a few, are ready to assist. And they know why they are there, too, each one of them. Their store is a larger complex of connected buildings with each area designed to operate as one big service concern: parts, service, sales, phone support, etc. it is logical & it works. If you are a small business and you would prefer to have a return to the style of commerce we enjoyed, "back in the day", do yourself a favor & start up a relationship with Joshua & Co. over at Interstate Supplies & Service. You'll be glad you did. Tell them I sent you!!

Given I needed my mower back that day, I decided to pay the higher rate. Within 20 minutes, they rolled out my mower and said it was ready to go. When I looked at the final receipt, I noticed they had also charged me an additional charge of $10.95 for "Shop Fees"! When I asked why the additional fees, I was told it was for "grease, rags, etc."; thus, bringing my total bill to $115.00 for what took only 15 mins to repair... unbelievable and never again!
