A woman literally ran up on my wife and rudely stated to leave her bag up front. When stated it has her wallet and such, she was told to take her wallet out. There is no signage stating leave bags up front. All the staff her is amazingly nice but it's such a bummer to hear it's the owner who runs around treating all her customers like thieves. We will definitely not be shopping here in the future. Sounds like the owner needs to stay home and let her employees run the store.

I like the prices on trim, used windows, doors. Some appliances are also a deal. Found a widespread sink (not available thru HD or Lowe's) for a good amount. My biggest gripe was loosing/selling the door we had found with rain glass in it. They didn't even seem concerned. I either had to put a non matching door next to the rain glass side window or spend $1000 to get one to match. I learned my lesson- don't let it happen to you.
