He explained my condition, answered my questions, adjusted me during my first visit, and worked with me to create a treatment plan. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to pay for a large package of treatments upfront. In fact, I had to remind the front desk that I had a copay. At my previous chiropractor, I felt pressured into making a significant payment before treatment even began, and after two visits, the doctor had never actually touched me. At Greater Lowell Chiropractic, Dr. Todd adjusted both my back and neck, put me on a roller table, and used a pulsating therapy device as part of my treatment. I left feeling like I had finally received the care I was looking for. Another huge benefit is their flexibility with scheduling. They can accommodate appointments after I get out of work, which helps me avoid using valuable PTO hours. I honestly wish I had come to Greater Lowell Chiropractic first. I've gone to my regular chiropractor for years and unfortunately with all of the closures and stay-at-home orders, his hours have been drastically modified and was closed when I needed an adjustment the most. I've had my fair share of good and bad chiropractors over the years after an entire lifetime of being accident prone and the worlds worst sleeper. Normally I'd just wait it out and suck it up until my chiropractor was open again, however this week I was in acute need and began the search for someone who'd see me as a new patient on such short notice and I'm SO lucky I came across Dr. Bullock in my google search! Dr. Kelvin Bullock is a breath of fresh air.  He is young, educated and thoughtful, and really took the time to listen to my health history, evaluate my needs, and offer insights to help me get better results. As a full-time single mom it has become common practice for me to have my daughter in tow at many if not all of my doctors appointments. He was so kind and friendly to her as well, immediately engaging her in friendly conversation and chatting her up the entire time which was such a welcomed relief, knowing I wouldn't have to manage her simultaneously. Not only did he see me on such short notice, listen attentively and cater his treatment to my specific needs while engaging my 6 year old daughter in conversation, he gave me what I'm confident in labeling as the best adjustment I've ever received. I haven't felt such deep and immediate relief in all of my years of receiving chiropractic care. It was incredible and immediate, and that night I had the best sleep I've had in years! One thing that impressed me the most with Dr. Bullock's approach was that he was incredibly attentive and actually listened.  So often, we meet healthcare professionals who don't take the time to actually listen, process, and advise accordingly.  Dr. Bullock weighed out the pros and cons to treatment, and was respectful of my needs and concerns.  I really appreciated the information he presented while respecting my choices.  He informed me that he accepted various types of insurance, however my insurance doesn't actually cover chiropractic treatment but found his pricing/fees to be more than reasonable.  From the time I walked into his office until the time I left, I had such a warm and pleasant experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Bullock to a friend or family member! I started this process when an Acupuncturist who teaches at the college in Massachusetts suggested I make an appointment at "Revive Chiropractor" (formely known as Roberts Chiropractic in Tewksbury Massachusetts) with Dr. Jordan and Dr Kelvin at 1501 Main Street, Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The top Acupuncturist in Massachusetts said to me, "you are too sick. I cannot help you, but please try and make your way to the Chiropractor I am recommending to you." I will tell you truthfully, I was at my end, but I needed to know if this would help me. Sarcoidosis does not want to go away. This disease enjoys harboring in one's body. My barking lymph nodes reacted with fury after my first treatment. I knew that this was going to help me. I can honestly say this treatment gave me my life back. Find a Chiropractor that is good for you. Like anything else in your life you need to feel comfortable with the Doctor that is treating you. God Bless you and I hope this information helps you all. Prior to visiting her I had gone to another chiropractor who diagnosed my injury wrong after only spending 5-10 min tops with only asking me questions and then proceeding to adjust me and when a "crack" was not made they had said "I'll see you at your next appointment. Next appointment came around and 5 min in with an unsuccessful adjustment they replied "I'll see you at your next appointment". At that point I knew they were not the right people to go to. Found Evolved on Instagram later that night, their IG and website was very informative so I sent an email. Got a reply the very next morning from Rhylee and she was able to schedule me in the very next morning. First impression of this was a good sign I made the right choice. With having a bad experience with the previous chiro I was not a expecting much. But Dr. Lyndsay blew me away. Her attention to detail, patient awareness, her making me feel comfortable was nothing short of amazing. This first visit was an hr long and she took the time to understand my lifestyle and assess my injury accordingly which in turn was a completely different diagnose then what was originally thought of from the previous Dr. At the very end she was able to adjust me and that's where I lost it. I got teary-eyed and couldn't thank her enough. I drove home crying to my fiancé because I was so relieved after having to deal with this injury for 2 weeks with no rhyme or reason.
