I found Zach and Sunbright Chem-Dry through Yelp. Sometimes Yelp is a crap shoot. Usually their reviews are accurate, but every now and then they are padded. I am here to tell you that this company is as good as its reviews! I previously did not know the owner nor was I asked to leave a glowing review. I offered because I was that impressed with their service. There are times when you have companies inside your home where you almost want to count your silverware afterwards. Zach and his company are intelligent, personable and ethical. They are as honest as they come. Michelle is their office manager and she let me know about their discounts for cash and that most pet stains would come up with their regular cleaning service. I really appreciated this! Zach and Sunbright Chem-Dry has my highest recommendation! I live on the Eastside and he was easily able to fit me into his schedule when he worked on this side of town. My carpets needed cleaning really bad, I called at the end of last week and had them come out today. I wasn't alb to be there but had someone from my family there to let Zach in. I heard nothing but nice things about him, they were here about three hours and when I walked in my door today my house smelled amazing and carpets looked great! Zak came over to my house to clean a couple of rooms for me. The areas were pretty trashed. Once Zak was done the two rooms I had cleaned looked like new. We get our carpets cleaned about 3 times a year. ChemDry offers quality carpet cleaning and exemplary customer service. Zak has always been on time to our house, working quickly and efficiently. He offers extra cleaning options without high pressure sales tactics. He takes pride in his work and has gone that extra mile for us on more than one occasion (ex: we've requested a same day, last minute appt late in the afternoon and he willingly accommodated us). Zach was exactly as everyone else posted, great guy, very professional, very personable and does top quality work. I have a couch that hasn't been touched for 8 years and it showed. Zach took the time and used multiple brushes and cleaners and got it to sparkle again. He has a definite pride in workmanship! I am living in a rental with white colored carpet. My dog had been in and out of the vet for two weeks and had had several terrible accidents on the carpet. The carpet had very visible pet stains that I had been unable to remove myself after multiple cleanings. I found Sunbright Chem-dry on Yelp. I phoned on a Thursday and was delighted to learn that Zak had an opening on Monday. Over the phone Zak fully explained the process, options and pricing. The pricing was VERY reasonable. Zak arrived promptly on Monday and he did a wonderful job. The whole process only took an hour (for three different rooms) and the results were remarkable. I've used at least two other services in the past 3 years and those services don't come close to comparing with the terrific service and results I received through Sunbright Chem Dry.
