I don't wear prescription glasses, so I didn't technically neeeeeeeed them but Abigail was able to squeeze me in for an adjustment before my leave for Ireland, so I would be looking quite distinguished at the airport. I showed up really late to my appointment (bad practice) and she still adjusted my glasses even after I walked through those double doors thirty minutes late. And oh so quickly, at that! I was able to try on many pairs without feeling pressured to purchase any I ultimately ended up liking 2 pairs the glitz 02 and the panini however the panini was out of stock in the black color and the glitz I wasnt sure if I could get my prescription on them. I also feel like the prices are very reasonable because glasses that are chic can be very expensive I am planning to come back when the ones I wanted are in stock. I will say the only downfall of this location is the parking it's all paid parking but that's a given in dtla. Their are 2 lots right by here so easily accessible is a plus it will just cost you extra. Would recommend checking this location out the art inside changes periodically and it's captivating.

I personally own at least 5-6 frames now and can attest it's a much better choice than going to your run of the mill mall optometrist. After they told me they were missing one of my measurements, I drove back to the store on another…read moreFriday after work to have it taken. I live an hour and a half away, so this wasn't a quick trip. During my second visit, another employee took my measurements and told me everything was good. When I got my glasses in the mail, I realized they had never recorded the measurement I came back to give them. It finally made sense why Kim had texted me after my second visit saying I needed to come back, even though I had already been there. Because that measurement was never entered correctly, my glasses were made wrong. Everything was blurry, and wearing them made me dizzy. I even messaged Kim to ask if the measurement on my receipt was correct, and she told me it was. It wasn't. So I had to make a third trip back to the store. Valerie made the situation even more frustrating. She changed the measurement right in front of me but kept saying it had been correct the whole time. Then she pulled up my old measurements from the Del Amo location, where I had bought the exact same glasses before, crossed out the incorrect number on my receipt, and tried to print me a new one with the corrected measurements like that was supposed to fix everything. It didn't change the fact that I had already made three extra trips because of mistakes on their end. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication between employees, the repeated errors, and the way everything was handled made this a really disappointing experience.
