On the last visit, I brought it in, when I came to pick up my vehicle there was a dent the size of a basketball on the left rear bumper cover. Franklin and his employees deny, deny deny that it occurred while in their possession. I personally removed items from the trunk area of the vehicle before taking it in. My wife was directly behind me when we dropped the vehicle off at the shop. There was absolutely no damage when I left the car at the shop. When I picked it up @ 3 hours later, I saw the dent after paying for services rendered, confronted Franklin on scene. Franklin denied that it occurred while the car was at the shop. Sheriff was called to the scene, report filed, but Franklin maintains that the damage must have been present before I brought the car in for service. Somebody not being forthright about how this damage happened. Can't say Franklin was informed of the damage but someone at his shop knows exactly what happened. Step up to the plate, take responsibility. I guess we have to start taking pictures of our vehicles when we take it to repair shops. Absolutely no way that this damage wouldn't have been seen by myself or wife prior to dropping the vehicle off. Of course no cameras of the shop parking lot area. Very disappointed.

The car had a dead battery but not only did he get it jumped (and towed), he actually CALLED me while there, took pictures and video of the car, and gave me a description of the car and all details which was a huge piece of mind. I told him I'd by flying in to get the car in a few days from the dealership (where I had it towed to) and he actually offered to give me a ride from the airport!!!
