Diane at the Branch was very patient with me and took the time to explain how to put a password protection on my account. Thanks again!

I've had two auto loans with Suncoast Credit Union. It's been an excellent experience... no problems. Very fair rates.

I had a bad experience at the early stages of the COVID. I was the personal representative of my…read morelate friend's estate. I opened an estate account at Chase Bank on Mariner because my friend had a Chase Bank account in AZ and I felt it would be simpler to transfer from her personal account to her estate account. However, I opened the account on March 30, 2020. I was assured that the money was in the estate account from her personal account and that when I received the blank checks, I could pay her bills. On April 1st, I gave the AZ water company the account number so they could withdraw $165 for the deposit required to open an account in the name of the estate. I checked a week later to see if the deposit went through, only to find out the account was overdrawn due to NSF. The account had a also been charged a $35 penalty for NSF. I went to the bank only to find they were closed due to COVID-19. I was able after several days, to speak with someone at the AZ branch who told me that the person who opened the estate account for me, tried to do an electronic transfer, which is not the way in this situation. So the money had not been transferred into the estate account and because I wasn't on my friend's personal account, they couldn't tell me if there still was money in that account. I wasn't able to get the money into the estate account until May 13. They did reverse off the $35 penalty.

Even though this was a small Charge, I was not going to take a chance on my small charge turning into a large charge. Wells Fargo has been great. I order from EBay and Amazon. Several years ago I had a charge on my card they found. I checked the website... one of the guys that delivered pizza decided to pay $30 per month for unlimited porn for that month. They caught him. Another time I ordered magazines from a school, I paid to subscribe another year. They kept charging me automatically from my account. Wells Fargo was shown every number I called, everyone I spoke with. They took care of this one also. They never charged me for any of these problems. They may not be perfect , I have gotten brochures from other banks and I cannot find one bank that provides to my liking. the service that Wells Fargo provides

I am reviewing my experience with Wells Fargo after 6 years of banking and now I have had enough…read more I have 2 checking accounts, 2 savings accounts, 2 mortgages, and 2 credit card accounts. First, the positive and only positive: Their onsite banking is the 2nd best I have ever used. #1 was ING. Now the bad: Fees, they are confusing and inconsistent. 1 checking account required $1000 direct deposits and the other is $500 per month to avoid a $5 fee or $15 fee. Credit card issues, it took them 6 months to resolve a fraud charge and only after I hounded them every month. Mortgage, 1 of the 2 had COVID-19 assistance put on it when I never asked for it, then it took months to get it corrected. Cust service, If you need to call, good luck, minimum 30 minute wait sometimes even disconnects. Money transfers: strict Limits and restrictions, and paying bills from another account is limited. If you use more than 1 bank such as me, don't have Wells Fargo as one of them. Their rates are the worst and they make it very difficult to move money out of their bank. They charge fees for savings accounts, if you don't meet their requirements. Who does that today unless you have a zero balance? Today I got rid of my last of my WF Mortgages, next is savings and checking, and finally the credit cards. They have cash back on the Visa card but probably one of the lowest cashback rates around, shop around and you can do much better.
