Went in with no expectations after looking at furniture all morning & being disappointed. This was the last stop of the day, and I was ready to stop looking... upon entering the store I noticed the great selection of furniture/ decor. The layout of the furniture is appealing to the eye and helps you sort out what style you are interested in pretty quickly. I also I would have bought my couch here as they had a couch similar to the one I ordered from a dept store for a better price. I came in expecting to be disappointed with the selection but was more than satisfied. I found the TV stand that I wanted AND I want to say about $200-$250 CHEAPER than the identical one I saw at Ashley Furniture. I am beyond happy to say the least. The sales team here greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and were very helpful in showing their entire selection of TV stand options. My hubby and I stumbled into this place in search of a bedroom set. When we walked in we were greeted by a really REALLY sweet lady. Mind you, this place is family owned. Her and her brother run it and they really are the sweetest. They gave us a great deal on our bedroom set and they were very welcoming. Niki the sales woman was extremely rude, gave wrong delivery dates which cost me to extend uhaul rental longer 3 days, and didn't call me the morning furniture arrived, instead I had to keep calling. Nikki is was very unprofessional and scammed me out of $525.00 FOR a restock fee for ordering THE couch WHICH WE WERENT PLEASED WITH to return the coach that we had just got from their deliver truck never opened never used everything still in boxes. She then raised her voice and also called my mother who is a senior a liar in the store as well while proceeding to argue with her and myself from behind the desk using profanity. I would NEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS HERE. Nikki should be fired for terrible customer service and unprofessional handling. read more

We purchased a queen bed frame on 7/14, and paid for delivery/set up scheduled 7/19... the sales woman sold well... but everything after that point is less than positive! The companies communication is non existent. I called Tuesday night after the bed was not delivered.. and given the run around. Excuse after excuse, " today is my day off, ill. Eed to czll you tomorrow"' "I need to reach the owner and will call you back", .. no return calls..."it will be there tonight" only to not show up.. called again Wednesday when we still had no bed to be told the same think " It will be there tonight", finally thursday after having to call again the bed was finally delivered! Should be the company's concern to proceed and follow through as paid for and arranged, and to contact it's customers when changes are needing to be made, or deliveries not going out as scheduled. I fully intended to furnish our new home with purchases through this company, as it is super close and reasonably priced, but after the service received and seeing numerous similar reviews, all the same, I will be taking my business elsewhere!! Unless you're ok with the run around I would suggest elsewhere. read more

Owner and wife agreed several times they would have sleeper sofa assembled and ready for pick up the next day at 10AM. I arrived at 430pm and the sleep sofa was not ready. I explained that we had a death in the family and we have family coming to town. Again they assured me they would have it assembled and ready. They didn't want to offer me a discount for buying a dining set and sleep sofa. So they said it would be assembled for free. When arrived at 430pm the son called his father and the father wanted me to wait while they assembled it. Its 5pm now and I offered to just take the boxes as us and asked what amount will they take off the father relayed to the son $20. $20 dollars are you serious. So after how much they charge for deliver the son says $120 dollars the i ask how much for assembly? He said $60 so why are you offering only $20. Your discount to us was to have it assembled plus I'm waiting here for you to assemble it . $20 is a slap in the face and I spent $2000. They lied and smiled in our face until they got the money then drop the ball. read more
