It was a complete maze, and the front desk assured me they'd let the doctor know I was in my way. I was due to see MARSHALL SCOTT BOVELSKY. I was finally able to locate the building and walked in exactly 15 min late. I was told "the doctor has left for the day" and told to reschedule. The very doctor who claims on his profile "Listen to the patient and treat them like family." Really? If your family was seeing a new physician, coming from out of town and says "I'm running behind" and made every attempt to locate the building would you turn them away being 15 min late? What a conceited jerk.

It's not that there aren't any around, it's that they don't have any they can recommend and ask YOU to let THEM know if you find a good one! After trying another office for awhile, where I didn't feel listened to, I gave Dr Sonny Joseph a try. 7 years later, I feel heard and would recommend him to my GP or anyone looking for a psychiatrist. I also appreciate the office staff. When I need to call them they are always easy to reach and very helpful and friendly.

They even tried to charge her a late cancellation fee!!! So I get a bill for $100 on a piece of paper that looks like a 15 year old created an invoice on Word. Ridiculous. My daughter doesn't even remember seeing this doctor but what is a consumer supposed to do???? They threaten to send to a collection agency. Have no choice but to pay. Have no idea as to the quality of care since my daughter has no memory of the appointment. This doctor was apparently on-staff at UF where my daughter saw her. And when I finally got this doctor's license, she wasn't licensed for a year AFTER the appointment. What a scam.
