I called Anion after reading a stellar review from a colleague of mine (we are real estate brokers at the same brokerage, so our sphere is always sharing referrals for home-based projects). Each person I dealt with at Anion impressed me, starting with the very first phone call and ending with installation. Anion is a family-ran business, offering a noticeably more personable customer experience than dealing with larger big-name companies. They also provided me with the most competitive quote. Lucas came by for my original quote. I had only a very vague idea of what I wanted -- but he seemed to know exactly what I was trying to convey. He knows his stuff. He brought samples of several types of options, giving me the ability to confidently move forward. And - when I obsessed over the many shades of white options (ha) for a certain window covering, he so graciously agreed to come back with his swatches a second time to be sure I was getting just what I wanted. My installation could not have gone more smoothly, either. Rob is a true professional with an eye as precise as mine. He was enjoyable to speak with and I immediately knew I was in good hands! He has been installing window coverings for several years and it shows. He went the extra mile in more than one way and - though very efficient with time - I never felt the work was being rushed. I ended up with exactly what I was looking - really pleased. I can refer friends, family & clients alike to Anion with confidence.

The next few days I had other plans but on a whim decided to show up today. I also decided to bring the wand which needed a part & an existing wand which had a Shepards hook just to show them what Im currently using. The lady was behind the counter and was very nice . A tall guy with a beard helped me. Not sure if he was Bert. He look at what I had, I told him my story and he asked to take the wand w/o the hook in the back. While I chatted some small talk, he replaced my part and used some glue or adhesive and now it works again. I can open & close my wood blinds w/o standing on the couch. Great customer service! And I wasn't charged anything for this small part! I looked thru the internet real hard to find somebody and found 2 places on the west coast and if they even had it, it would several weeks and not 100% sure, it would fit inside the wand. So lucky to stumble upon somebody locally that was willing to help & had parts. I had called a place in DG that pretty much blew me off and said we don't have parts . Use this place! They are caring and nice. I think part of some peoples issues is they cant or wont communicate properly with this company. I think because I brought my parts in and was calm and had no expectations everything was fine. The problem in today's world is, everybody wants things yesterday. Crazy. Worth a stop here. As an interior decorator, I referred them to one of my clients because I believed they would provide professional service. Corey came to the home, took measurements, and said they would send a quote. After numerous phone calls to Monica and follow-up attempts, we never received the estimate or even the courtesy of a response. Their lack of communication wasted both my time and my client's time and reflected poorly on me because I made the recommendation. If they were not interested in the project, a simple phone call or email would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, we were left waiting with no explanation. Professionalism, communication, and follow-through matter. Unfortunately, this company failed in all three, and I would not refer or recommend.
