The perfect size thrift shop that actually has unique finds and nice clothes for a good deal. I can tell that the pieces they choose have a vintage vibe to them and are trendy, but I still do see clothes mixed in that are fast fashion when swiping through the racks. The jewelry is limited but carefully selected, as well as home and kitchen decor, vinyl recs, and stationary on the left of the store. They have a nice selection of kids and baby clothes in the back. The clothing racks were organized and color coordinated which I really appreciate as thrift shopping could be overwhelming at times. five stars for Cameron! she was sweet & kind to my daughter & myself. store itself is very cute & i appreciate the air conditioning.. this was the second thrift store i visited w my six year old daughter in Santa Ana today (July 7th Monday) & the staff at both were so nice but i preferred Sundance as the clothes were all in condition to be bought if you know what i mean. vintage items can be expectedly worn in of course, especially if they're a decent or recognizable brand. prices were fair imo & i appreciated that the store seemed well taken care of & organized. Cameron was the only staff member from what i could tell & the entire time she was organizing & putting items back. as another reviewer mentioned there is a decent amount of target brand but if you take the time to look you can find a gem for sure! they have a small room w kids items (clothes, toys, games, shoes) & it was nice to know where my daughter was while i shopped. they also have fitting rooms!! major bonus. apologies to Cameron as my daughter & myself left the store at 5:59 but she still gave me a Loyalty Card after i inquired. lovely little thrift store, i will be back! read more

Sundance Thrift Shop has a lot of clothes from Target, which is great if that's your style. The selection felt more geared toward an older crowd. I browsed for a while but came out empty-handed. I'm torn as I write this review. I came in today for the first time. While I did find a few cool pieces, the customer service was sorely lacking. Even though her voice was pleasant, the girl behind the counter didn't smile once. She did greet everyone who came through the door, but more in an obligatory way. She didn't approach anyone to see if they needed help finding something specific, she just stayed behind the counter and occasionally looked at her phone. In my opinion, a place as quaint as this (in Old Town Tustin, no less!) needs a little more focus on customer service to make it stand out from the other typical commercial thrift stores like Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. Prices are reasonable. read more

Didn't know this little treasure shop existed until I Yelped local thrift shops. I've driven by many times but never knew a shop was there! I noticed right away that it was super organized & clean. Some thrift shops have a certain "smell" but this place didn't which I was happy about. The variety of clothes and accessories including a secluded and cute section for children I thought was a nice touch. Cute small mom and pop thrift store in downtown Tustin near El Camino Cafe. Nice quality of housewares, men's, women's, and children's clothing and accessories. Well organized for the most part; clothing was sorted by color. I only bought one thing. I was hopeful to buy more. None of the clothing was sorted by size. I was shopping for several people. Went on a Sunday but missed their sidewalk sale! I very quickly browsed and found a nice dress for 3.50. Their staff is friendly and they do take discover. Inside is a bit crowded but they have a nice variety from kids clothes to odd trinkets. I feel like I did see some designer named pieces, but it might have been due to them newly opening. One of the cleanest and most organized thrift stores I've been to. There is a good variety of clothes to choose from for both men and women and other items that could be worth looking into. They also had a sales rack up front before coming in, that had very low priced items. I came here for some running shorts and was very satisfied with the price, quality and findings. Quite possibly my new favorite thrift store! Definitely a gem to visit. Cool air condition and bright skylights and windows welcome you as you enter. The thrifty treasures are a mixture of vintage nostalgia to common thrift shop items without any ridiculous mark ups. The prices here are beyond fair and everything is arranged/ displayed attractively as if you are in little boutique instead of a thrift shop. I can't wait to visit sometime soon! read more

The selection here is excellent. The organization is super appreciated making it easy to flow through the store. I enjoyed the home decor and accessories areas the most. There were a couple home decor items that caught my eye, however they were priced as "vintage" with an unusually high price. First timer here AND happy with the newest addition to my thrift shop rotations, by far my favorite place!! So hard to choose from all the great pieces I came across but I did come out with two very special items earlier today. Beautifully curated pieces in the shop for everyone to look through that are within a reasonable price including clothing, houseware, children's items, etc. Did I mention that the whole shop is super clean and organized?! That was a HUGE plus for me when I came in, no trace of that dusty smell and everything was displayed so nicely and easy to find. Location was easy to find and staff was so kind. I am a huge fan of thrift stores and I was very excited to learn about Sundance. It's interesting that there used to be a thrift store in that same location many years ago, glad there is one again! The store is BEAUTIFUL. Really well organized, even wooden hangers for the clothing! The owner and staff were really wonderful, always a plus. I bought some stuff, saw some really cool stuff. You know how it is with a thrift shop, never a dull moment and always something new to discover. This is exciting and wonderful, just in time for Christmas! Idk what happened to other thrift shops, but it seems that many of them sell at MSRP or collectible prices regardless of item condition.
