I shopped around for about 10 min and they walked past me multiple times. Not one of them asked me if I needed help, not one said hi, I walked right up to the register and she didn't even look at me. She kept looking down to hang something. I imagine with a store that's often empty, and has really high prices you would take the time to kindly greet customers. Because of this I chose to not get several items I saw and would have otherwise purchased if they both didn't act a bit snobby. Hope this place steps up its customer service, considering every other shop near by was overlyyyyy nice and helpful. Better luck to the next shopper.

When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy.
