There is a great selection of clothes in many different styles, sizes, and prices. From a basic tee to a fancier dress, you are destined to find something that appeals to you. The ladies who work here are also helpful in guiding you to what you are looking for. Make sure to follow them on IG because they have lots of sales throughout the month, so you want to be a part of the inside scoop. This spot hosts a $2 sale every Thursday on their porch, which is a fantastic way to find affordable items. I've visited a few times and even donated a full-length mirror, hoping it would be useful for shoppers browsing the outdoor sale. However, during my most recent $2 sale visit, I was told by a staff member that I WASN'T ALLOWED TO TRY ON THEIR CLOTHES. That was disappointing, especially since being able to try items could help customers feel more confident about their purchases. I ended up buying less than I normally would because of this policy. First time shopping at this location. As soon as we started looking at the items outside, a worker dashed out to tell my adult daughter that she had to buy a bag first before she could look at any items out on the tables. She only had one shirt in her hand. However, just minutes later there were older ladies doing the same thing and the worker said nothing to them. There was no welcome. Hi how are you? Nothing. So we go inside to look around. My mother had some leftover food in a box. They told her she had to leave it outside. Other stores in old town don't make you do that. We left right after that. My favorite hidden gem! It's been nearly a year since my last visit as I'm not from the area, and I can confidently say that it's even better than I remember it to be. With such an amazing curation of clothing and friendly faces from most of the staff, you can't help but feel inclined to purchase something. Even more, you can't help shop easy knowing that all of the proceeds go towards their women's shelter. With all that said, however, a very unsettling part of my shopping experience today had to have been my interaction with the older woman that I believed is named Tery. Not only was she extremely rude to myself and other customers, but she seemed to be very hostile to the other staff members. It was upsetting, as the younger girls who work here have always been so kind and helpful at every visit. When I had asked for help opening a fitting room she very rudely snapped at me and said that she was busy and that they were already open and walked away very frantic. I do absolutely love this store and I always make it a point to stop by when I'm in town. I've recommended people to shop here, and I still have pieces I've purchased years ago. I will still continue to come by, I just feel that a conversation can be had about being kinder to others. All in all, it's a beautiful organization and I would still recommend this store. read more

If you say the dressing rooms are open until 4:30, then they should be open until 4:30. I asked to try on ONE item at 4:20 and was told "no." Meanwhile, there were already two customers inside with multiple items. Even more frustrating -- at 4:50, a teen was allowed into a dressing room with more than five items while I was still standing there. Thirty minutes earlier I was told dressing rooms were closed and no one else would be let in. The inconsistency is what really turned me off. I was planning to purchase several items, but after that experience, I decided not to. Policies are fine -- but enforce them fairly and consistently. read more

Rooms full of great clothing and accessories and all for a great cause! This is my first visit and certainly not the last. It was National thrift shop day and the place was packed like sardines. I was able to figure out the layout of the rooms. Accessories by the front door, men's to the right entry, room To the left has designer items but did not see luxury items. The center entry had clearance items on a round rack with color tags that designates the discount for that item. There were 2 more room Of curated seasonal or design elements of clothing I.e leopard or animal theme. The last middle room is where the dressing rooms are (there are 2 dressing rooms) and more everyday clothing a lot with tags still attached. It was such a hot day - staff had cold drinks ready when you checked out. I even got a complimentary bag of really cool Jewelry with my purchase. It seemed to be a busy day and hope they raised a lot of money and awareness for their charity. Will return when it's not crazy busy so I can actually see everything! read more

Amazing curation of clothing I always love the displays the girls put up and seeing the new stuff in rotation! I find myself shopping here more than I should, but at least I know my money is going to a good cause! I've never received better customer service at a thrift store than I have at this one, I'm always greeted with the most welcoming smiles and kind attitude. Just discovered this store that supports one of my favorite causes, Casa Teresa, that provides shelter, healthcare, job/skills training, childcare, and other resources for pregnant women who don't have anywhere else to go. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cuteness of the merchandise -- it seemed well-curated. The 2 dressing rooms were great to try on things. My millennial daughter and I bought so much stuff guilt-free, knowing that the funds were going to a wonderful place. All the staff we interacted with were polite and pleasant, especially the woman who rang us up. We will definitely be back on a regular basis! read more

Tik tok brought me to this humble little thrift shop, walking distance to the circle. All their proceeds go to a good cause, so that's a big reason to go. So for any of my fellow gals (and guys, ofc) who love to thrift for fun, head on out here. They had a special today & every last Tuesday of the month to fill a bag for $20 with as many clothes, shoes, and jewelry as you'd like from their outside tables from 9am-2pm. There's different options for both men and women. Pretty dope idea! They also have regular priced items inside that vary from $10 & over. Sadly, 1 pm was too late to come that I didn't find anything I really liked. So, just like any good deals, try to be the first one there if you do decide to go on a Tuesday. I must also say the lady behind the cash register didn't seem as approachable & seemed to just be whatever about customers. But other than that, shop til you drop.... on a budget & for a good cause!! read more

I feel conflicted writing this review, especially because I know the money goes to a great cause. I've been coming here for about a year, and initially, I was really supportive, even buying several of their items. However, over the past few months, I've noticed a significant price increase. I understand that the prices are meant to support the cause, but at this point, the prices are almost on par with retail, and I'd rather buy new leggings or other clothing for the same cost. It just feels a little too much for used items. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore and will continue to support places like Goodwill instead. read more

Okay so my sister convinced me to come here because she said Vanessa Bryant (Kobe Bryant's wife) donates her old clothes here all the time and that I would find designer brands at a thrift shop. I normally don't like thrift shops but this place had some really cute stuff. They have it all from purses to workout clothes to swimsuits. Mostly woman's clothing FYI! The store was a little hot and crammed but the staff was great and I found a lot of great stuff. I'm happy with my visit. They informed me the best day to come is $2 Thursdays! read more

Arrived a little past 9:00 am for the last Tuesday of the month deal. I'm guessing it changes every month because I was hoping for the $1 per item, but instead it was $20 a bag. Lots of people were looking at the items on the tables outside. My mother-in-law and I began looking when someone came outside and started yelling "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNLESS YOU HAVE A BAG! YOU CAN PURCHASE A BAG INSIDE! PUT WHATEVER YOU HAVE BACK ON THE TABLE IF YOU DONT HAVE A BAG!" what? What if I don't fill up my bag? A few people around me that arrived the same time as I did looked just as confused. We went inside and was told to buy a bag in order to shop. Asked if we just want to look in case we don't fill a bag. Was told that's fine but we can't hold onto any items. Went back out (without buying a bag) and started looking. A good majority of the clothes were from Target or F21. Saw 1 Zara shirt and 2 very worn Nike shorts. Otherwise, everything I grabbed looked: 1) very worn - beyond Goodwill/Salvation Army standards 2) holes, stains, missing zippers - literally almost every item i grabbed. Even my MIL said it. Definitely not worth it. Another social media hype. I understand the money is going towards a good cause but not worth sifting through. Customer service can be a lot better. Have an employee outside when newcomers arrive instead of everyone just congregating inside and chitchatting. read more

This spot is such a hidden gem. I've gotten so many nice things from here. I have bought banana republic, Zimmerman, urban outfitters and so much more. I was so excited to finally go in. Wasnt greeted af all; the sales person was all over a person who came in right in front of me. It was clear that this person was not a regular. This place is suppose to be a well put together organization but i went a couple times and i felt like the old white lady ALWAYS stares me down and she's watching my every move. It's uncomfortable because she was "organizing clothes" WHILE I WAS TRYING ON CLOTHES. Keep in mind i'm a student at Chapman and I haven't visited the store a lot. When i about about to leave she tried passing by and looking in my purse. My purse is so tiny it can literally only hold my phone, keys and cash. I went with a couple of friends who were not of color and they noticed the same vibe. I did notice some of things were really used and had staining and they were up for like $25. Which is expensive for what's suppose to be "thrifting" and it's all donations. I hope they get a new manager and reconsider the prices. read more

I love thrifting, and was super eager to check out this mom and pop looking second hand store in a converted home. Thankfully I didn't go out of my way to come here but was already in the neighborhood. I scanned the store and saw many brands I'm familiar with but nothing particularly caught my eye, no biggie. The one star comes from the cold, silent and awkward treatment from staff. I was the only one in there and realized the woman filtering through the same rack as me was an employee, and not a customer, which initially surprised me since we were there long enough together but she never said a word. Shortly after another employee walks up to her to discuss a work matter while I'm standing right there. No hello or acknowledgement. I might as well have been a ghost. Their front "have a heart" sign is laughable and you would expect friendlier service with such a slogan. I get better treatment from Goodwill and Salvation Army, and whether or not it's genuine there at least they pretend! read more

I found great deals here - many clothes and shoes were in excellent or New with Tags condition! They have a great selection of items with trendy and classic pieces and really affordable prices (i.e. White House Black Market dress for only $14, many others for only $8)! The cutest thrift shop that I have ever been too. Ambiance is boutique chic. Reasonable prices considering the quality of the clothes. At times I tend to forget that I'm at an actual thrift shop. It doesn't even smell like a thrift shop for one. Well organized, and simple marked pricing system. Love that so you don't have to ask. They have a nice clearance section where items are half off. Good size costume jewelry section as well; Most items under 5 bucks and seem new. Not a rummage style place, nor an authentic type thrift shop, but more boutique thrift. A gem of thrift store, right off the Orange Circle. This is a quaint clothing shop set up in an old house right in Old Town. Items are really nice, clean and great prices. Clothing and accessories, for women and men. My daughter and I love going to Collection by Casa Teresa. Super buys and cute shop with friendly, helpful volunteers who staff the place. When I first got to Casa I was broken, alone and pregnant. They welcomed me with open arms and I ended up staying for 5 months. They have classes, church, art therapy, drug counseling, and/or they help you get into school or get a job. They provide everything that your baby will need. It is a house for only 13 people which I liked. This place saved me and my baby's life. There is so much love here. All the staff is amazing and they really spoil you there. I learned so much being there. And now I'm a great mom. read more
