THESE PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE Planning a funeral is hard especially when you're trying to appeal to a bunch of different people. Jan and Albert were INCREDIBLE. PHENOMENAL. All of the above. (Insert crying emoji) They were so so reassuring that everything will work out. I sent a handful of pictures and then sent another handful of pictures because decisions kept getting flip flopped. All while, they were just very easy going about it all. I coordinated with Albert for the first half and he was just so reassuring and even tried to help me lower the cost of my expenses because he understood how things can get pricey with flower arrangements. Then I got to meet Jan the day of. Not to mention the church staff yelled at them for parking somewhere wrong and trying to enter the church. It was a bit of a commotion, but Jan took it like a champ. You can tell it wasn't her first rodeo. And of course the flowers came out GORGEOUS. I was so nervous that they weren't going to turnout what I pictured in my head, but they were beautiful and exactly what I envisioned, not to mention many many compliments on the arrangements. They're kindness and patience was just incredible on top of the amazing arrangements they created! Thank you so much
This shop is amazing. It is locally owned by fantastic people. Jan and Albert want you to be happy with the flowers that are super fresh and last so much longer than other shops. I can't say enough good things about them, they are fun, creative, fresh, knowledgeable, super customer focused and their prices are fair and reasonable. Don't use anyone else- it is a waste of your time!! You will fall in love with Tropical Blossoms- and you will be so happy you did!!!
When I say Tropical Blossoms is the best floral shop around I mean it! Jan is the absolute sweetest person and she really goes above and beyond to make your flower dreams happen. I hired Tropical Blossoms to do my florals for my wedding on 10.21, and it was the best experience working with Jan and Albert. Jan really works with any budget and takes the time to talk through everything (vision, venue, special requests). I'm Native Hawaiian so it was so important for me to be able to have Lei's for me and my husband and I wanted to incorporate tropical flowers; tropical blossoms was the place that could provide both of those things! My wedding flowers came out BEAUTIFUL, it was better than I could have imagined. I got compliments all night about how perfect and beautiful my centerpieces were, and how gorgeous my bouquet was. My bridesmaids absolutely loved their bouquets too! Everything was perfection! Thank you Jan & Tropical Blossoms for everything!
The customer service is AMAZING! Albert was the sweetest person. I called because my mom got admitted after an accident to Orange County Global hospital and I wanted to send her some flowers before her surgery. He was able to create my mom a small arrangement of flowers, send me pictures of them and then they DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL!! I experienced the best service EVER! Prices weren't crazy and I did all of this over the phone. The actual shop is so cutely decorated and they have the freshest flowers and great selection.
My friend recommended Tropical Blossom to me and I needed an arrangement to celebrate my friend getting promoted. I asked for the flower arrangement to be Hawaii inspired and boy did it feel like Hawaii! Friendly service and beautiful flowers. Look forward to getting flowers from here again.
I highly recommend Tropical Blossoms for your wedding or special event. For an outdoor spring wedding, Jan spent time listening to what the bride wanted and showing us flower samples. They designed and delivered exactly what we wanted - only better! The floral decorations for the large arch were beautiful and the centerpieces were simple, yet elegant. See the lovely bridal bouquet in the photo. Great customer service and affordable pricing! Jan & Albert are so friendly, helpful, and caring. We could not ask for a better experience. I never post Yelp reviews, but I just have to share our praise for Tropical Blossoms!
I can't say ENOUGH incredible things about this company and these people. I got married Sept 14,2024 and my wedding planner referred Tropical Blossoms to me. When I tell you the flowers made the entire ceremony... BREATHTAKING!!!! I worked with Jan. She was communicative, on time, and just brilliant in her ideas and execution. I've posted photos and they are just perfection. Brides! This company is a must! The cost is very competitive and worth every penny! Equally, the selections and variety they offer is unmatched. I want to do it again ;)
Jan and her team went above and beyond my expectations. She has made gorgeous and thoughtful arrangements delivered to friends and family in the past, so of course we had to request her for our wedding! She blew us away with her creativity and and service. Everything was perfect and the room filled with flowers made the whole event so elegant and festive. All of our guests were blown away. We highly recommend Tropical Blossoms for any simple arrangement delivery or large group event. Absolutely amazing work! And my bouquet is still alive and beautiful one week later.

Jan put together a gorgeous memorial arrangement for a Japanese/Hawaiian friend of ours and she knew *exactly* what special, symbolic flowers to use. She also went out of her way to deliver outside of her normal radius for us, which was appreciated so much! The recipient was absolutely thrilled and was a beautiful tribute to her loved one. Year round flower blooming season at Tropical Blossoms! Came here to get a graduation lei ordered for my nephew's graduation, and was very impressed! The lei turned out looking superb (even better in person, especially worn on), but what left an even more lasting impression was the customer service. Thank you for getting my lei ready, even on short notice and for being so friendly! In fact, once I started talking with the owner, I realized I had come to the same place years ago for my daughter's lei (I remember from the wonderful customer service). Both times, my leis turned out beautiful, and both times I left a very happy customer. Next time I am in bed not any floral arrangements, I will definitely return. Jan and her team went above and beyond my expectations. Been coming to this place for a few years now to get my mom flowers for Mother's Day and her birthday. The owners are so sweet and always remember me. 3rd graduation later... Jan and Albert are still the best and my favorite place to get graduation leis or flowers from! It's slightly early for graduation leis because they usually come in the next few weeks. Jan had to check if they could get the leis for me in time for my sisters USC graduation and had to get back to me the next morning. In the time waiting I called a dozen of stores to check if they could go them and how much. Let me tell you, you won't get great quality at affordable pricing like Tropical Blossoms. I'm so glad they were able to get me leis for my sister! Thanks Jan and Albert for still remembering me and being awesome. I'm so glad I found your shop! read more

My sister is a big fan of tropical flowers so after contacting several florists and no one had any, being that Mother's Day was yesterday, I was very pleased when I contacted Tropical Blossoms and they had a variety of flowers. They were very helpful while I looked around and pondered my request. Once I decided on what I wanted and came back within 30 minutes, I was SO pleased. Such a beautiful bouquet and only $56. read more

I chose Tropical Blossoms for my wedding because I wanted to work with someone with knowledge of working with tropical flowers and I am so happy I did. Jan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She spent so much time with us and made sure our vision was realized. Everything turned out so beautiful. And unlike some florists I have dealt with in the past, she did not try and upcharge or overcharge us for anything. If you are trying to find a Flower Store that over-delivers, you have found one... Tropical Blossoms' staff is fantastic. I found them on Google and gave 'em a call with a very specific and wild request. I want to have a flower basket that included a Pirate's Eye Patch for a co-worker that had injuried herself. They instantly LOVED my idea!!! They went to Michael's to get a bunch of fun Pirate's stuff (including the eye patch, sword, fake gold coins, etc). The ended up mixing it in with one of their Tropical Flower baskets and delivered within 2 hours of the order! They were so excited about the arrangment, they sent me a picture. My co-worker called with a very deep apprecation and smile. This florist made the difference and embraced "making someone's day" I highly recommend using Tropical Blossoms... read more
