From start to finish, Fernando was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew showed up early to make sure they could start as close to 8:00 AM as possible, which I really appreciated. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. We had a steep hillside with a lot of overgrown ivy, lower shrubs, and areas that needed cleanup, including the patio area, along with selective tree pruning. I was very clear that I did not want the hillside overly cleared or stripped, as keeping the ecosystem intact was important to me, and Fernando listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. The crew worked incredibly efficiently, did an excellent job clearing the underbrush and ivy while preserving the natural feel of the hillside, hauled everything away, and left the entire property -- including the patio -- immaculate.
