Trusting this commitment, I began demolition on the front of my home and scheduled contractors accordingly. Now, Pella has unilaterally extended the delivery to January 28, 2026--more than TWO MONTHS LATE--leaving my home exposed to the elements, compromising my property, and disrupting the entire renovation schedule. The contractors are scheduled, materials are prepped, and this delay has jeopardized the entire project. I escalated the issue to management, expecting accountability and a solution. Unfortunately, the response was apathetic and dismissive. No alternatives were offered. No expedited solution. No compensation for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. If you're planning any construction around their quoted timelines--DON'T. They clearly don't stand behind their commitments. Shameful service and zero integrity.

The other just took off. Then the writer took off too. Now i was never shown any papers to sign which would indicate that I approved the work or anything else . Shortly after I received a bill for $400. I immediately called my credit card company to stop that because I was never told of any price for any work, I never signed anything when they finished nor was i ever shown . I did some investigating about how to adjust those rollers, and it appears that all that is necessary is a 10 inch phillips head screw driver ( price is 9.95 at Home Depot). They will never get any business from me again, and I advise any and all .........DON"T DO IT.

October 2011 I had Derek repair an existing exterior door. I was not happy with the completed job…read moreso I asked him to come back to make adjustments. He never came back and I never heard from him again 2 1/2 years later I get a call from an attorney/collection agency Derek has retained to collect monies he said is owed him for his services in October 2011. Derek reported to the attorney/collection agency that he sent numerous invoices to the property address and tried reaching me by phone. I never received an invoice by mail and my cell phone number was on the original invoice. I never received any phone calls or messages requesting payment or resolution of the services provided. If Derek had contacted me I'm sure we could have resolved the issue of my displeasure with his service and his lack of payment. To be contacted 2 1/2 years after the date of service by a collection agency for services that were rendered incomplete is unprofessional. Very dissatisfied with the way this entire situation was handled.
