Now, Pella has unilaterally extended the delivery to January 28, 2026--more than TWO MONTHS LATE--leaving my home exposed to the elements, compromising my property, and disrupting the entire renovation schedule. The contractors are scheduled, materials are prepped, and this delay has jeopardized the entire project. I escalated the issue to management, expecting accountability and a solution. Unfortunately, the response was apathetic and dismissive. No alternatives were offered. No expedited solution. No compensation for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. If you're planning any construction around their quoted timelines--DON'T. They clearly don't stand behind their commitments. I immediately called my credit card company to stop that because I was never told of any price for any work, I never signed anything when they finished nor was i ever shown . I did some investigating about how to adjust those rollers, and it appears that all that is necessary is a 10 inch phillips head screw driver ( price is 9.95 at Home Depot). They will never get any business from me again, and I advise any and all .........DON"T DO IT.

The person on the phone said they had it in stock, and the website showed the same--so we drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived, we found out they didn't have the correct swing door after all. The employee we spoke with admitted he hadn't actually checked before confirming over the phone. When he finally got up to look, he just said there was nothing he could do--no offer to order one in, no attempt to help us find a solution, nothing. The attitude was dismissive, and it was clear they didn't want to make any effort to help. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and gas. We won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
