The nail tech caused my fingers to bleed, took all the length off my nails and left them rough and uneven. The polish was applied with so many thick layers that three hours later it still was tacky wet- this is after the technician used quick dry spray to help. I had my visit prepaid and they tried to leave a service off. They had to move my appointment because the person who was supposed to do one of my services walked out that day. They stopped during my massage to go call the owner to figure it out. I reached out via email to give the owner a chance to rectify the situation but never received a response. The facials are incredible and the only reason I gave 2 stars. I have included a photo of the reciept and Mani Pedi since the owner is claiming I wasn't there.

First time, the salon said they called to cancel my appointment, then they said the appointment wasn't there to begin with, then blamed it on a "system error" because all of the massage therapist had quit. Not sure why all the different stories, just say sorry and make it right! They made me another appointment for the following week for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage, arrived and the therapist told me that she didn't "have time" for a 90 minute so I ended up getting a 60 minute massage, despite the appointment on the books being scheduled as a 90 minute massage. It actually was a really nice massage, so wanted to try to get another one. Just arrived back from another appointment that my husband made three weeks prior; I tried to call to confirm, no one answered the phone, arrived to find out the appointment wasn't scheduled. Realized the appointment I made was with a therapist that is no longer listed on the website. Obviously, I won't go back as they will not take responsibility for their errors and the online system is horrible. Definitely do not recommend as they cannot seem to get their own scheduling issues resolved. La Bella likes to respond that negative reviews are phony reviews...this one is not.

Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I've only had one bad experience here and that's when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said "OMG, I'm not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter". She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don't seem to have fast or enough cashiers to help out which is absolutely frustrating. Overall, I won't go to anyone else but Codey!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelique. Wow! she is not nice and extremely rude. I went and exchanged the product for the same price point and brand. I just wanted a different color. . However, I had used a coupon with the initial online order. The price went from $25 to $20 with the discount. She starts to reprimand me says she will do me a favor and "honor" the price. Honey, I work retail and I know how even exchanges work so don't act high and mighty. Standing there raising her voice at me! I said both items are exactly the same price. Same brand. Just different color. When she started to raise her voice, I said to her that I will go get the same finish. She further stated that it has to do satin vs. matte. Okay! Had I ordered it online, I would have used that coupon and received the matte with the discount. Point of story is that this is my 3rd visit to this particular Ulta. I love, love the selection but after today I will not go back. Maybe I have been going when the "D" squad is on shift. I will take my business to another location or go back to shopping at another beauty supply store. So very disappointed. This Ulta needs to clean house and start over I am so bothered by how I was treated, I am going to return the product and when they ask why. My answer will be "repeated, poor customer service". I saw good reviews for nails shack so I stopped by and was squeezed in mid afternoon on a Friday. I got a pedicure and dip nails by Ashley and she was so great! She took her time and repaired a broken toenail and you can't even tell it was ever broken. She did the same for my hands with tips and dip and added a tip if silver to my ring fingers- I love it all!!! Thank you Ashley and I will be back. I was also getting ready for an upcoming vacation, so I wanted my toes to look nice. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. The technician who performed my pedicure seemed to be in a rush, apparently because another client was scheduled after me. However, that should never affect the quality of service provided to a paying customer. Throughout my appointment, I politely asked several times for her to clean up mistakes, including nail polish that was clearly left on my cuticles. Each time, I remained respectful. The final time I asked, she let out an obvious sigh and displayed an unnecessary attitude. I calmly explained that I didn't deserve to be treated that way and that I was simply asking for my pedicure to be done correctly. I'm paying for a service, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail. In fact, I had every intention of leaving a generous tip before her attitude changed the entire experience. After I addressed her behavior, she suddenly became much friendlier, repeatedly offering my daughter a drink (even though she already had one) and offering me a hot towel several times. At that point, the damage had already been done, and I declined. I came in expecting a peaceful, enjoyable experience and instead left feeling stressed and disappointed. Professionalism and customer service are just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this visit lacked both. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. It was inconvenient for me, but if that were me or my loved ones having the emergency, I'd hope other patients would be kind and understanding. So here's my "unquestionable" 5 star review!
