I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves to be shared. I came in looking forward to a relaxing pedicure after a long, stressful day at work. I was also getting ready for an upcoming vacation, so I wanted my toes to look nice. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. The technician who performed my pedicure seemed to be in a rush, apparently because another client was scheduled after me. However, that should never affect the quality of service provided to a paying customer. Throughout my appointment, I politely asked several times for her to clean up mistakes, including nail polish that was clearly left on my cuticles. Each time, I remained respectful. The final time I asked, she let out an obvious sigh and displayed an unnecessary attitude. I calmly explained that I didn't deserve to be treated that way and that I was simply asking for my pedicure to be done correctly. I'm paying for a service, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail. In fact, I had every intention of leaving a generous tip before her attitude changed the entire experience. After I addressed her behavior, she suddenly became much friendlier, repeatedly offering my daughter a drink (even though she already had one) and offering me a hot towel several times. At that point, the damage had already been done, and I declined. I came in expecting a peaceful, enjoyable experience and instead left feeling stressed and disappointed. Professionalism and customer service are just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this visit lacked both. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. The last 2 pedicures I've received just weren't good. First the tech kept cutting me. I didn't have any ingrown toenails, there was no reason for me to get cut & bleed. Tonight I had a different tech and she was just awful. She kept texting the whole time she was doing my pedicure. She barely used the pumice on the bottom of my feet - just gently wiped it a few times on both feet. She was so distracted that when she was supposed to be giving me a leg massage, she was just rubbing her hand on my dry leg. No lotion, no oil. She went to get the warm towel & just sat it across my legs. The towel never even touched the back of my legs. I always get a deluxe pedicure but she never offered me anything. I made a point of saying I wanted the deluxe with a scrub & she just kept rubbing my dry leg. Ridiculous! The only positives were that she did an excellent job with the polish & she only charged me for a basic. A kids pedi would have been more fulfilling. If anyone looked at my feet, you'd never know I had a pedicure today. read more

What started off as a happy arrival to treat my husband to a birthday pedicure while I got one for myself, turned into a poor experience. My person started my feet a few minutes after arrival while my husband soaked for at least half an hour, which was fine because he was happy with the massage chair and it's his birthday. My lady did a decent job and went on and on with my massages for my $70 pedicure. Mine felt like almost an hour. Mine was almost done when the other person started on him. The caring for the bottom of the feet was too fast and could have removed more of his dryness if she tried. I was ready to be my usual good tipper, but she moved on to the massage which looked to be less than mediocre after putting the shea butter scrub on and then a hot towel for less than 5 minutes before removing it. Didn't even offer a clear coat as most places do. I mentioned it was his birthday which did nothing to motivate the person to try a bit harder. My husband decide to time it. When she was done I had been sitting for no more than 10-15 minutes. And I even asked if that was it.. to which she said, yep, because there's not color to add. It was less than 35 minutes for that poor pedicure experience. My husband was disappointed that he even decided to pay because he knew I wasn't going to tip the other person well. Needless to say, the person who took care of me was great and I felt so bad for his bad experience on HIS birthday. Won't be returning even though it's the most convenient location. He had a lot of respect for the service industry that throughout our back and forth texting during the pedicure he insisted it was fine and we just wouldn't return. So disappointed. read more

I just left here and Terri did awesome on my nails and feet! She was quick and everything looks perfect. My appointment was at 1 p.m and I'm out by 2:40 p.m. I had a mani and a pedi so that's really quick! The music was on point, they had great jams back to back. I was relaxed and enjoyed my salon service. The only thing is the place is a little small, so don't expect too much of a six feet distance between you and someone else getting a pedicure but I'm vaccinated so I didn't care, LOL. Ask for Terri when you come in, you'll be in and out quick and still get A-1 service. I'll be back! read more

There is polish all over my cuticles, my nails are not cut and files evenly, my polish is lumped up on several nails, and I was charged more this visit than I typically am. You can go in for a walk in, but if you do be prepared to wait. It's a nice place with a nice staff. Everybody's really good.

I had a very upsetting pedicure experience here during the second week of March 2022. The technician made a toe bleed and I told her that it hurt. A few minutes later she really hurt the big toe and I yelped and everyone heard. She said something about an ingrown nail (which I did have). It bled off and on into the next day. There is no ambiance in this store. No 'Hi', 'How are you', 'The weather is great', etc., from the time I walked in until I left. Honestly, when I walked in I didn't feel welcomed; I saw another customer walk in and she was greeted with a smile. Was serviced by Anthony; he was very rude and condescending because I inquired about his work! My repair looks like a 3 year old did it. I didn't read the reviews before going...I wish I had. He had a nerve to tell me the repair was free, it should have been; my damaged nail looked better than the repair! Second time here, Honestly it's my bday and I have had a hard day and worse month so I came in an hour before close hoping for a pedicure to relax and was greeted with kindness and sat right down. The man did my pedicure (not sure his name) and he was professional and kind. Very thorough and attention to detail was not passed up because it was close to closing. He made sure to have me relax and gave me the best foot massage I've had in a long time. Massaged during the scrub and after the polish which most places barely give you a few minutes. Very clean atmosphere, lots of colors, friendly staff. As a fellow cosmetologist I notice the small details or when steps are skipped and he did amazing. 10/10! read more

My nail technician (Kwan) was awesome with his hands and very handsome lol extra bonus and my moms technician kept her laughing the entire time. This nail salon is not like any regular salon it's like a family with regulars coming in and having nice open conversations. I had a chance to meet a nice woman who's been coming here for almost 8yrs. Amazing when you find good service that keeps you coming back like family. If I could give this salon zero stars, I most definitely would! I was a walk in this past Friday. Valencia (I believe that's her name. Lady with black and blonde hair that sits to the left near the wall) did my nails. She used the machine to get my old gel set off and kept burning my nails. Once she got all of the polish off, she started repainting my nails with the cat eye colors. She never trimmed my cuticles that looked awful, she never buffed my nails to make them smother and she didn't cut them down or file them to make them all even. I had to ask her to do my cuticles and she did it on dry hands. She kept cutting me and was on the phone while doing my nails!! $45!!! Not even 2 hours later, my nails begin to chip and my fingers were sore. I called there to see about getting my nails redone and they told me to come Monday and she would do them over, free of charge. So I come and she redid them only for them to look worse and then tried to charge me $20. I'm sorry ma'am... My nails are trash. I'm not paying a total of $65 for a job my two year old daughter could do in her sleep. I left again with polish on my fingers and my cuticles. I was also trying to talk to one of the nail techs in there to see about possibly getting a different nail tech and she dismissed me like I was nobody. Needless to say, my nails were so sloppy and the service in there SUCKS! I see why my mom stopped coming here. I will NEVER come back to this location and I will absolutely spread the word! I don't like nor dislike this place, but every time I go I leave with a cut or several cuts on my fingers and toes. Usually when I get my nails done here, I have to go home and file them myself to make sure they are the shape that I wanted and even. A lot of the time they are crooked. read more

I will not be returning to this salon. The nail tech Anthony completely ruined my nails after i asked for a very simple design and showed him a reference photo. I had to repeatedly ask him to redo the design because his work was sloppy and not at all what i asked for. At the end of the service i was still unhappy with the work because again it was sloppy, i told him this and he knocked $4 off the original price of the nails bringing the price to $48. I thought that was still too high of a price for the sloppy work but i paid and left the salon anyway. I'm usually not one to complain so i tried to let it go but these nails were terrible so i ended up calling them back about 5-6 minutes after leaving. I did speak with Anthony again over the phone and he snapped at me when i asked for a refund or for someone to redo the nails. I was told that i could come back the following morning for someone to redo my nails; however, when i did return Anthony was not there and the staff acted like they had no idea who i spoke to the previous night. After some back and forth i was told to come back that same day at 11. When i did come back at 11 i had to wait about 20 minutes for the tech to return. This usually wouldn't have been an issue but i had already been through so much with this shop i was just peeved by the wait. Making a long story short, if you do go to this shop ask for Valecia, but know that you'll probably have to wait a bit for her as she seems to be the only tech in this shop with a bit of skill. read more

She makes them perfect every time no matter what and she does great with matching colors to your skin so they don't look super fake. I get compliments all the time. Big comfy pedicure chairs, four of them I think, that I watched be sanitized after each use. Multiple nail stations with soft rolling chairs at each one. I had gel nails done ($50) and they hadn't chipped, cracked or budged after three full weeks. I had them filled ($30) last week and am very pleased with how they look. I prefer the more natural look and length, but saw some beautiful free hand nail art being done. My pedicure was pretty standard, but the polish is still perfect four weeks later, so they must be doing something right. I went in to get a repair on just one nail and I'm not sure if it was because I'm not a regular customer or what the issue was but I was treated like my service didn't matter. I was bounced around after I requested a certain person because I had had her do my nails before. I had a pedicure by a lady who seemed to be in charge. I'm not sure if she was the manager or not. She didn't file my nails very well after trimming them. Then her next appointment arrived right before she needed to paint my nails. She applied them so fast and terribly that I had polish all over my skin and cuticles. I asked her to redo them and she insisted on cleaning it up with a brush and nail polish remover. It was horrible. I had to ask her to completely redo it. She wasn't happy and was very rude. Got a pedicure yesterday by the lady owner. Horrible job, did not use thing to get rough skin of the bottom of feet, paint Job looks awful, I really can't tell that I even got a pedicure. When I mentioned the polish didn't look very good she was very rude saying I picked the color... never returning here again. This is the 3rd pedicure ive gotten here and wasted 25 plus 5 dollar tip once again. This weekend I'll have to go elsewhere for a pedicure. My mom and I went to the shop the day before my wedding day. I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. I would say I had a horrible experience. The staff was very rude and took walk-ins before my mother. As I was getting my pedicure, they were laughing and were being very unprofessional. When my mother walked out, all they could say was there was a communication issue between us. I was highly upset with the service and walked out after my pedicure. I do not recommend Natural Nails and Skincare in Willow Oaks, and I am considering contacting the BBB on the establishment.
