Before I begin let me start by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so without further ado let's begin!. I decided to visit this place to get a pedicure, i have been to other salons for pedicures but this one was recommended by someone so I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. I was greeted immediately, I asked what the price was and I was told there was no wait! So I was seated almost immediately!. One of the employees had the liner in the tub and ran the hot water and put some solution in the running water. It was hot and relaxing. He also brought me a small bottle of room temperature water and cut the massage chair on.. Shortly after the lady that performed my pedicure came over and tried to upsell me for a higher priced pedicure. She was very persistent but I knew what I wanted and I was not going to change my mind... The pedicure was quick and effective, kind of a rush job without much effort but maybe that's the process of getting a pedicure to get you in and out as quickly as possible.. overall I enjoyed it Note: I don't have hairy toes so there was nothing to cut off, men shouldn't have hairy toes and woman shouldn't have them either.. So ladies if you have hairy toes, please get that removed! Hairy toes are not attractive in any way!!!.. I took off one star because the lady asked me if I was paying cash because the price was $35 but I told her I was using a card. Then I said ok I will pay cash but when I got to the register the man charged me $37. Some where there was a communication gap, but I left a tip and departed!. I would return again... read more

This was probably one of THE Worst pedicures I've had. It was extremely rushed, our feet may have soaked for 5 mins consecutively that's it. The polish isn't fully coating my nails, our feet are white/dry leaving out of the establishment. It was at most a 15 min service with no attention or care to our actual feet. I feel like they don't even do the bare minimum even for the basic pedicure. I basically paid to get my feet washed and polish slapped on. I also feel like the floors could have been cleaner. This place is the bomb.com. If you're wanting to go somewhere very nice where the technicians don't cut corners, I recommend here. Me and my co-worker'a first time here was this past Wednesday after work because they offered wine and boy was I surprised. We both got mani's and pedi's. I had to change my review if this place. I have gone here multiple times. It's never been a 5 start experience. I often feel judged by the employees of what I want done. This last time I went, on my birthday, I got a spa pedicure. The lady cut my cuticle to short and made me bleed. If you are diabetic, like I am, do not go here. Also, I got scratched up, on my legs. I got my nails and feet done here on 8/13/21 and after getting home I felt my feet itching. I didn't think anything of it.. I woke up this morning and my felt was swollen and red. I went to urgent care and ended up finding out I have a skin infection. Doctor stated it could be from unsanitzed equipment such as towels, nail tools, hot rocks, etc. I will not be returning to this place. I am in pain!! read more

Been going here for years now. I worked In a pool store then started working on actual pools. Much more chemicals and the concrete pool walls would ruin my nails. Didn't realize there was a better alternative to saving my nails from the scraping and deep scratches that it gave me. I don't get my nails done too frequently but at least 3-4 times a year. Wow! I have found my new nailery. I love this place! Let's start with the ambiance, very well put together down to the dividers between the stations. I went to Shontae(sp?) and she took her time and did a great job. Update: Replying to owners comment- I spoke to the artist and she told me I could wait and have them redone, but I would have to wait about an hour and a half or come back another day as it was busy and she had an appointment following my manicure. I will still be using your salon, just not that particular person. I've been here before and was impressed. Went today for a gel manicure and I'm so disappointed. First, the manicure part was so rushed. She soaked my nails for two minutes. The pushed back my cuticle and filed the edges. She "clipped" my cuticles but removed no cuticle. The when she started to paint she rushed so fast that she didn't even paint my entire nail. Paint is bubbled and looks rough around the edges because she painted over my cuticle. Then she shaped my nails after she painted.The whole paint job looks terrible. Will not be allowing her to do my nails ever again. read more

I really enjoyed this place the hombre nails were a bit pricey but they turned out exactly how I wanted them(it's honestly kindof scary how well the tech knew what I wanted). the staff is extremely friendly the decor is gorgeous. started off with Tom doing my pedicure and it is easily the best pedicure I've ever had, not rushed at all extremely gentle and aware. If i flinched because I was ticklish he asked if I was okay, they Time the pedicure services so you get exactly what you read on the selection book and are never rushed due to a backup of people. I will be coming back specifically for toms pedicures. the manicure is gorgeous I had a picture of what I wanted but really wanted it more natural looking and the tech really nailed it and the wine is complimentary. Side note I have no idea why no ones mentioned this but their restroom is nice clean open and the toilet is different to say the least, it has a a bidet attachment with options(it doesn't assume what you want you have to press the button thankfully) but underneath it's a normal toilet I say this because I panicked a little as I couldn't figure out how to flush. it's still a normal toilet there is a lever no Button for that lol. read more

This place is amazing. We came in and were greeted very warmly. We were taken back to the pedicure area and were immediatley offerred wine or water. They also had soda. I chod Mascato while my pregnant friend had some hot tea. We were given a menu and asked what kinf of pedicure we wanted. We chose the hot stone. The pedicure included a hot stone massaged of the legs and feet and a parrafin wax peel. The two nail technicians did a winderful job. I always have a fear of my cuticles being cut or pushe back too far but they did an excellent job of being gentle while still getting all the bad stuff off. Our manicures were equally amazing. The ambience is upscale and warm at the same time. There are really pretty chandelleirs hanging from the ceiling and the pedicure seats are SO COMFY. My pedicure has last 2 and a half weeks. I have been DESPERATELY looking for a nail salon that was worth the $ that was being charged in relation to the quality of service & end product received. Not looking for much, just my money's worth. I'm old school. When I started getting pedicures back in the late 90's, before hot stones & gel polish, a great pedi with regular polish that had to dry, a good foot rub & a razor on the rough spots would last at least 2 weeks for $25. I can't get that for 3X kthat now. I thought I had finally found something close in E Nails and Spa. My initial visit was in May of this year. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish. Sue (?) was fantastic. She did a wonderful job. So much so, I did not care that I spent $30 more than I did at another salon for the same service. Her service & final product were excellent. The pedicure & polish lasted until I was ready for the next. I had found the place where I wanted to return or so I thought. I returned this past Friday, 6/30. I was excited. My nail tech was wearing a yellow shirt that day. I was seated with yellow shirt for about 10 minutes before he asked which pedi I wanted. I decided on the Volcano since the brochure said it included the polish for $65. He was almost done with the 1st part before offering anything to drink & bringing the color pallets. The color selection is so-so therefore it took awhile, but I chose a color, but they were out of that color when he went to look. Yellow shirt speaks limited English so one of his coworkers had tell me, which was fine. I chose another color and yellow shirt brought back 2 bottles in a box and 1addtional bottle. The color I chose was a yellowish golden glitter. When yellow shirt began to paint my toenails, the color was bright orange. I know absolutely 0 about how polish works, how these 3 bottles of liquid were supposed to work together, so instead of jumping to conclusions, I decided to wait & see what happened & trust the process & the "professional"; however, he must have felt something wasn't right because he stopped one of his coworkers (green shirt) walking by. By the body language, I could tell there was a problem, so I simply asked green shirt if, when all was said & done, when all the liquids were applied, would the orange turn into the color that I chose on the color pallet. Green shirt became instantly annoyed and defensive and said something to the affect that was the color I chose. I stated the number I chose & was asking if the orange would dry to the color I chose, bright orange was never mentioned. Then I asked to see the pallet so I could show him what I was talking about, because yellow shirt took the pallet with the number I chose, but did not bring it back. Green shirt stomped off & brought back a pallet & said all the pallets were the same. If this were true then why was I given 3 pallets? Anyway, I advised him that there was no need to get upset, I just wanted to make sure that the color that was being put on my toenails would dry to be the 1 I requested. I felt like I was an employee trying to calm an irate customer. When I pointed out the color, green shirt & yellow shirt said something in a language that I don't speak or understand, yellow shirt removed the orange from my toenails & green shirt stated that yellow shirt misunderstood, but everything is good now, then he walked away. No one ever apologized or acknowledged anything. Like nothing ever happened. Fast forward to payment, I was charged $80 for the pedi. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told an extra $15 for gel polish AFTER I was charged. They took my card, gave me a price that was also different than was charged because of the service fee. I understand there is a service fee, but tell me the total INCLUDING the service fee, the true total. I then asked for a receipt. The person, repeated it back to me in question form as if I was ridiculous in asking for a receipt & appalled that I did so. As you will see in the attached photo, NOT WORTH 10 CENTS. This is not an $80 pedicure! They will not see me or my money again. read more

I had the regular pedicure which was overall great but the nails definitely left much desired. I asked for oval shaped and got more of a mix between stiletto and oval. I'm not even sure what shape my left thumb is. The guy whom I assumed is named Kevin (that was the label on the dryers at his station) led me to believe that he knew how to do the natural ombré look but he did not. If you look at my left thumb there is white powder up the side. He put so many layers of powder on that you can see the thickness when looking at my mail from the side. The blend is not that great. My right pinky nail is a different color than the rest of my nails because he made a mistake and dipped it in the wrong powder. I had sat in his chit for about an hour, I had another appointment otherwise I would have stayed to get it fixed. I was charged $100 and left dissatisfied. I will not be back. read more

will not be returning. i've been twice and the first time was pretty good, but at the same time i didn't ask for anything special - just an acrylic fill, no special design or anything. The second time I went, I got paired with a lady and she was polite and all, but it wasn't anything special that I was asking for. I just got a fill short and square. Really simple nothing over the top, which I would assume is easier to do. However, maybe a week into having my nails done I noticed that the color is fading and it is just not looking how I would've liked it too. My nails are already starting to slide off and it hasn't even been two weeks. I have gone to other places and had my nails still solid, and completely on for up to a month without them looking crazy. The guy that I went to. He did a good job so I would recommend if you're gonna go go with the man but if he's not available, I probably will not get my nails done at this establishment. It's a hot summer day and my 8 yr old and I want to get vacation ready with fresh paint! We live about 20 minutes away but decided to give this newer shop a try. It's nice to get out of the local neighborhood for some quiet time without the risk of running into folks that might disturb my zen. We were greeted immediately upon entering. Looked like one of the techs was doing the nails of another tech, the spa was clean and atmosphere was chill. We picked a nail color from the extensive selection of polish choices and headed over to the pedicure chair. It seems there are two types of pedicure stations, one with the traditional massage chairs and the other like princess thrones (no massage). We weren't asked which one we preferred but just seated in the massage chairs, they were nice. My daughter was immediately attended to, although I only asked for a polish change for her, they proceeded to do a full feet in water pedicure (I paid for it) she enjoyed it. I sat for a while, had to get the water hot again because it was cold, and then the tech who was getting her nails done when I came in came over to start my pedicure. She was very nice and personable during the pedicure. I did notice that others came in and when they sat down they were given a menu of treatment options and pricing, I was not and they were offered, a beverage of beer, wine, water or soda, I was not. Later near the end after I saw another drink being brought out I asked if I could get some water and they brought a cold bottle right over. We got to the polish change on my nails, with gel polish, and that could have been better but was ok overall. I did a little cleanup on them when I got home. Again, both techs were nice and I will probably visit again. UPDATE!!! Just 5 days later.. my gel polish is peeling already!!!! I'm so disappointed.. read more

I set up an appointment and got in promptly. The shop is in Suffolk 18 miles from me, and believe me I pass by a nail salon .5 miles from me as well as any number of others. Lena has the best customer service, skill set and is one of the loveliest people I have every known. The shop is quiet and peaceful with soft, soothing music playing in the background. Pedicures include hot stone massage for any massage. Beverages, wine, beer, water are complimentary. Mrs Del did my pedicure today and she was amazing. Best foot and leg massage I've ever had. I started out at this salon when they first opened and I fell in love. The cleanliness was over the top and the service was amazing. Fast forward to this year- I have had 4 close friends leave and they started going to a close by nail salon because they were dissatisfied with the overall service. I continued to go there because of my previous experience. The last two times there have been horrible though. The first one- I was seen by a gentleman who rushed through and out the door. This last time I did the dip powder with tips and they didn't last five days. My biggest issue with the salon was the way I was spoken to when I went to have them fixed. I was very clear that I was not judging the service, but I did hope they would not come off after five days (over fifty dollars for five days does not make sense) I continued to reassure the woman that I just wanted to make sure there was nothing additional I could do at home to make sure they lasted longer. Her attitude towards me the entire time was not only dismissive but absolutely aggressive. She was clearly upset at having to redo 2 nails. As soon as I got home, another one came off. I will NEVER be coming back to this salon again- directly because of the way I was spoken to today. Their service has gone way downhill since they first opened. Exhibited questionable racist behavior. As a large African American male and professional and active duty service member I have never been more appalled in my life. They proceeded to place my feet in the water bath for 25 minutes while taking new customers in and servicing them. I feel they intentionally left me to wait. Let me say this, Tyler is the bomb. I've been here a couple of times and it is hit or miss. My other nail spot was booked so we came here reluctantly. The OWNER however is every synonym that you can think of for unfriendly and rude. My suggestion is that you hire someone who is good at working the front desk and who exhibits excellent customer service so that you can sit back and collect your money. It's obvious that you don't care about the experience and building a consistent clientele. The way white customers were treated were significantly different than the way black customers.
