(?) I've called and Impact Inc.'s Receptionist very defensive as to simple questions regarding our Fully Paid Invoice and expectations of when T-Shirts were produced. Even stating that she could not answer a thing as it was beyond her pay-grade. Huh? Very unprofessional.

I was called twice over a period of a few months or so. I know that it was Leilani that called me the second time and asked me to give money for a children's organization. When I asked her how she got my number, she said she got the number as a referral. When I asked her who, SOMEHOW she couldn't quite get her hands on the piece of paper that said who did the referring. The same thing happened on the previous call to me. If a business tells you on two separate occasions that they received your name and number from someone else, shouldn't they be able to tell you just who did that someone else is? I can't imagine calling someone that I did not know....out of the blue... they did not know me...asking them to give an organization money....and then when the person asked me how did I got their number, me responding it was a referral but geez, I somehow can't tell you who. Twice this happened. When I spoke to Leilani's manager, Tracy about this, Tracy actually started yelling at me. Yelling. How professional is that? At that point I knew then that I was dealing with something different. I concluded that this organization could not be legit. Do NOT give them any money!!
