When you walk in you can tell they put a lot into it and that is certainly something to be proud of. Expect to find beautiful cuts of meat, fresh vegetables, cakes and desserts, lots of prepared foods along with all the essential pantry staples. Here you will also find some goodies you won't typically see at your chain grocers such as crawfish, pig's feet, or frog legs. They offer a variety of local seasonings, spices and condiments like jams, jellies, sauces as well as varieties of nuts and such... things you might typically find at a road side farmer's stand. The prices, I felt, leaned on the higher side but again, they are competing with conglomerates of mega corporations so some of that is to be expected, I'm sure they do the best they can in that regard. That said, they also had some great deals going as well. Worth a stop in? Yeah, for sure.
