I loved this place but this last time that I went I ended up getting toe nail fungus. I feel so disgusted.

Do not recommend!! While doing my nails and putting the acrylic on it burned so badly. The nail tech kept pouring alcohol on it which kind of helped but every single nail burned. When I asked why they said it was just my fingers... I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and never experienced that before!! They also left so much extra residue on each of my fingers that I had to pick off when i got home... it's been about a week since I got this set and the nails are already loose and about to fall off!!!!!! I will NEVER go to this shop again! Huge waste of $90! read more

I absolutely loved this place! There was only two people working there. I went to get a full set and a pedicure. The man does a great job on your feet and the woman does a good job on feet and your nails. I loved my experience coming to this place. This place is a brand new place and if u could wait a little bit then you should enjoy your time. As I said before there's only two of them so it takes a while and if you don't want to wait I suggest coming earlier. I absolutely loved my nails though. The area Is a little sketchy but once you go inside the business it's so pretty and girly and spacious! Hope everyone tries this place out because she does amazing work and is a perfectionist so if you want stiletto nails she will go off on making them nails look bomb!!! read more

I didn't have a good experience here. I went in for a bikini wax. When she was getting started, she tried to give me a Brazilian and I had to remind her that I only wanted a bikini wax. She laughed it off and then waxed so low that I'm not sure that she wasn't still trying to give me a Brazilian. After my wax, there was wax residue left all over my upper legs, she didn't clean up any missed hairs, and the final product wasn't smooth or even. There's little patches of hair higher than the others. On top of that, she took a phone call during my wax and remained on the phone for the duration of my service. I just wanted to get out of there by the end of it and so I paid and left. Would not recommend. read more

When I first arrived I loved how clean and neat the salon was and thought this would be a great experience. I asked for a mani and pedi and was immediately seated for service. The technician that started my pedi was very nice and gentle but very very slow. She also didn't ask me about shaping, she decided to do what she wanted. She cut my nails too short. There was another lady who came after me for pedi and she finished well before me. Due to the length of time I did not get the manicure. I'd probably still return but not to that technician. Took my daughter here to get a full set and I ended up getting a fill done as well. The woman who did our nails was amazing. She made sure that I was completely satisfied before we left for the evening. I started coming here January of this year everything was great service was amazing work was amazing I've always went to Hannah. March of this year I went in for a soak off and manicure. Hannah started working on me then had a walk in for a pedicure completely stopped my service to help a walk in used all the instruments she was using on me to use in the pedicure and I'm sure she was going to come back and use the same instruments on me. So I paid and just left soak off wasn't complete didn't get my manicure. I got a text apologizing and letting me know I'd be discounted on my next service and refunded what I paid. So I made a appointment for 3pm today I then got a text saying she was 15 mins behind no big deal right. I got another text to come at 3:30 no issue I come in she's working in a walk in she then stops that client to start my appointment. Then of course another walk in comes for a pedicure and a wax she stops my service to help with the pedicure (her excuse was I need to let the acrylic dry. She has never said that before) then jumps back to me has me wash my hands and then goes to help again on the walk in pedicure and wax. She then had a 4:30 appointment walk in and because she keeps jumping around of course she is now behind even more has that appointment leave and come back at 5:30. I didn't even get to get what I wanted done because she was rushing she applied my acrylic very sloppy which she never has done and her excuse is I wanted my nails so short so it's hard. I've always went for short. Do better sunflower nails and have more workers. read more

Super disappointed in my nails. They look like crap. I got a gel manicure and the guy didn't even put the top coat on 4 nails on my right hand. I even mentioned it to him and he said he did put it on. But he didn't. The manicure is the ugliest manicure I have ever had. I'm so sad because I haven't treated myself to a manicure in 3 years, what a waste of money! $40 plus a tip down the trash. I don't even want my husband to see my nails. Very sweet girl did my nails but they were too thick and lumpy (gel). Cost was $39 and I pay $35 in Arizona so very disappointed.

So I made a last minute appointment to get my lashes done. I picked this place because it was less than where I normally go. I was trying to save some money. So when I got there I was helped right away. So the woman brought me to the back to get me settled. She opened the door and all I see is a massage table with paper over it and the tools on the pillow part. She quickly grabbed the tools to put away and changed the paper. She then asked me to lay down and she will be right back. She left the room and I walked to the table and I was disgusted. There was lashes all on the floor and the white table was so fucking dirty. I could not even think of laying on it for hours nevermind let you touch my face for over an hour. I walked out the room and told her I needed to get something out of my car. She said ok.
