They didn't put all the cabinets together where they took out shelves, they lost the bag of screws that were to put the patio table together, lost the power cords for tv's, had a couple of mops missing. I called the owner and he said they may have left the missing items on the truck and he'd check....never received a call back from them, that's not good business. Vinyl plank flooring was installed in 2019, slab concrete foundation.I have been pleased with the…read moreproduct itself, but installation was a major issue. From the beginning I has problems with glue seeping up between the seams, and some planks curling at the edges. Floor Traders only solution was to re-glue. Five years later it has gotten to a point where it was a tripping hazard for me and I am having to have the entire floor replaced, at great expense and time. I'm working with a different company and their installers have informed me that the slab was not prepared properly, no moisture sealant was applied. I'm a senior on a fixed income, so this has been a serious financial burden for me. I would not recommend Floor Trader for vinyl plank flooring on a concrete slab foundation, primarily because of their installers.
