However, after using one of the pair and discovering that it was a clear frame that was refracting light right into my eyes, I took that pair back to exchange for a black opaque frame like the second pair I purchased. I had no receipt, they had no record and now I'm stuck w $150 sunglasses that are dangerous to use as the light flashing into my eyes is extremely distracting. Every other business I use has a record of all transactions, so why not Sunglass Hut? So they can take advantage of you, in other words, rip you off. Shame on Sunglass Hut. I never felt pressured - on the contrary, I felt pampered by these two nice young men who were very honest about how they thought different styles looked on me (that one is too big, this one a little small...) and also respected my style choices. Like another reviewer, I am taking a star for sunglass hut's obsessive pursuit of email addresses and phone numbers. Also, this shop seemed like it had a little bit less variety than others that I've been to. I'm not sure exactly why I felt that, maybe because the seasons are changing and they are changing some styles out. One positive note you should know - if you buy two pairs of sunglasses you might want to ask for a discount on the second pair. That's not a posted perk, but one of the associates said if I bought the second pair that I was applying, he would give me 50 bucks off the already-on-sale Gucci shades.
