She should not be dealing with customers. That said I have worked with other associates in this location who have been great. I had a pair of frames which I'd purchased from them previously that I asked to update the lenses to my current prescription. No fitting on pickup, just take a look / here they are and handoff which seemed odd as things clearly may get moved around during the lens change. Glasses l seemed to be ok until I got them home and noted the arm was coming off, thought maybe missing screw but no, stripped screw so no fixing. When I returned to lenscrafters blonde associate told me they don't touch the arms (clearly they must to adequately change the lenses) but then switched her story to this happens all the time unfortunately and they're not held liable and would I like to purchase a new set of the same frames? Interesting that no one mentioned this policy to me previously but I'll take my business elsewhere. 2 star vs 1 star rating based on previous experiences at this location.

I got greeted by a guy. He was very funny made me feel very welcome. I pick my glasses and had to pay my glasses. He pick some other glasses too just to make sure if it's with my face and the style that I want so we did that right there. He told me the price and everything like that. Took pictures with me with the glasses on and it was very good. He made me laugh a lot so I'm very glad that you can make your customers laugh and feel welcomed. He told me that my glasses will come within 11 days so I was very happy to hear about that so I recommend people coming over here. The service is amazing.

We have been visiting him for quite some time and we feel very comfortable on his diagnosis. Staff members at the optic are very kind, friendly, and helpful when choosing glasses. That's is very needed because you're going to weat the glasses at all times. So better be something that suit you, you like, and fit. They even helped me with billing! The Receptionist has been changing a couple of times, but they are very nice. The only thing is that some nurses (because they changed) were rude (young one a couple of years ago), or very slow (last year). She even asked me to dictate all her report 5 times! We were very late for the appointment. It took 45 minutes because she was late with someone else beforehand. I also would suggest not performing some tests on little toddlers because they hardly follow instructions stay in one place. Dr can easily take a look to their eyes and diagnose. He's been pretty good by doing it directly. I guess at the end trying can't hurt though. I've always found parking. Almost all nearby spots are taken. Therest are compact. I don't know whay small cars or motorcycles take the big ones making people with trucks or SUVs to park in very tight spots.

Then I sent a text after hours and actually received a response (an auto-response), which told me that I reached them after hours. I never received a prescription to place an order and had to request this. By 7/1, I finally received a call about placing an order. I still did not have my prescription. The woman sent me a link to place the order, which wasn't helpful at all, as she had indicated I would be able to pay with my CareCredit card. Not only was the link wonky, it did not allow me to order. I tried calling the office and it went to voicemail. Then I got a text saying "sorry we missed you. Please send a text as we will see this sooner." Clearly not true. After another text to them, saying how frustrating this experience had been, I was given the same link and told basically the same nonsense. I then asked for my prescription. Then I received a phone call right before I was heading to an appointment (I have wasted days and several hours with no success to order my contacts) and the same person who sent the first link asked if I was able to order my contacts. I told her that I didn't have time at this point. So today, I tried again and kept getting an error. This has been the most inefficient process and unacceptable experience I have ever had to simply order contacts. It should have never taken this long. What a joke.

Just make sure you find a spot that allows two-hour parking rather than 30 minutes. I'd recommend parking on the left side near Jimmy John's or the Overlake Clinic, there's a good amount of street parking on both sides of the road in that area. I came in around 10 AM and the staff were extremely friendly. They asked about my day and how my morning was, which I really appreciated. I signed a couple of papers to get started and provided my insurance information, my mom is also on the insurance, so it was really nice that they already had a primary provider on file. I was quickly taken into a room and completed a few exams. I also received a free wellness exam since my mom is a current member, which was a huge plus. One thing I really liked about this place is that they don't do the air puff test that most eye doctors use. Usually there's a blue light you stare at and a puff of air that can irritate your eyes, so I was preparing myself for that. I was really happy they didn't do that here. Everything felt very subtle, comfortable, and smooth throughout the exam. The doctor was very kind and thorough. I did end up needing glasses, especially for long-distance driving, and the whole process of getting that figured out was quick and easy. I was able to choose my frames right after, and it was a very seamless experience. My total came out to around $100, and my insurance covered a large portion of it. My glasses should be ready within the next two weeks. Overall, I really loved this place. The staff are incredibly friendly, the process was easy, and the care was great. I would definitely recommend stopping by and I would absolutely come back again.

When I called the phone was answered by a really nice woman who was able to book me for a Tuesday appointment. She took my insurance info and told me that check in was at 2:50 for my 3pm appointment. Come Tuesday I get there early and was nicely greeted when walking in. I started on paperwork (only three easy pages) and right after I gave the paperwork back I was already called to start off some of the vision tests... and it was still early so yay for not waiting long! All of the tests were super smooth and I felt comfortable the whole time. After the basic tests were done I just had to wait for the doctor to come in. She came in after about 2 min and we started the exam. She was great! She was super thorough but explained everything to me as she was doing it (this is not my first ever eye doctor visit so I already knew what to expect). I felt very comfortable and the appointment went by super fast! I got my glasses prescription and they ordered some tester contacts for me since they did not have them in stock and I need some more specialty ones. There's also plenty of parking, and the location is surrounded by other convenient stops like Grocery Outlet, UPS Store, and Starbucks, which makes it easy to knock a few things off your to do list in one trip. This Dollar Tree is also located in a plaza, so you can easily walk to many different places before or after shopping. I found a great parking spot right in front of the store. Walking inside, the store honestly smelled really bad, like someone's armpit, and it was throughout the entire space. It was a bit hard to breathe, but I just needed to grab two candles. It was a little difficult to find everything, and I do wish there were more staff walking around. Luckily, I was able to find an employee who happily guided us to the candle section. They actually have a great selection, and everything is cheap. I love their cards, small appliances, and seasonal décor. They have so many Christmas and fall items, and most things are around $1.30 now. Prices have definitely gone up a bit, so it's not exactly a "one dollar" store anymore, especially after tax. We grabbed the candles and checked out quickly. There were two aisles open, and the cashier was really nice, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was good, but I did take off a star because the store smelled really bad, some of the items were messy, and the overall quality is just decent, which makes sense for the price.
