I walked out feeling insulted and humiliated. There are a thousand other ways to handle customers with curious toddlers that don't result in losing sales. He literally couldn't have chosen a worse way. There are plenty of shops with the same products. The customer experience makes all the difference and there's no need for anyone to settle.

I saw this place and figured might as well give it a shot. From the outside this place looks like another souvenir shop you might just walk by.
