I waited for maybe a half hour to start my appointment, but that's not unusual for other doctors I see. Then I was called back and I started my testing and all the initial health questions were asked since I guess I was a new patient. Then I met Dr. Smith and we discussed my concerns with my left eye. He was thorough in my testing and discussed everything he saw. He showed me the pictures of my eye. He made me feel very relaxed. I now have a new eye doctor.

I was fortunate to have contacted Heather Seiver who was instrumental in getting me an appointment. On that very first appointment I met very professional individuals at this office who made it easy to decide and move forward. I had my first right eye surgery on 4/19/23 and the next today 5/3/2023. Both surgeries went very well. In a few more days I'll know more but it appears I may not need my bi-focal glasses anymore. I decided to go with the Multi-Focal lenses although they have more advance light adjustable lenses too. During my first visit and subsequently I also met Amber a Lead technician here for 19+ years who explained the various lenses as part of my early education. I highly recommend this practice especially Dr. Smith. Everyone is highly trained, very professional and totally dedicated to making patients feel at ease. I called and scheduled an exam for the 3 days away. The person who scheduled it was very friendly. Once I arrived, I went to where they did the testing and again was greeted great. Without a doubt, this place has a great attitude and great customer service. They get you in and out without rushing the process. I see eye doctors every year for over 20 years, and they were thorough every step of the process.The doctor was professional and spoke in a way I could understand. After the exam, I went to the front of the store and picked out the glasses. One pair is my main progressive lenses. The free second pair is my sunglasses with a single lens for being out in the sun and driving. They were an active store with customers coming in and out, but the 3 representatives moved through the list quickly.
