Monday it was my Retinal Specialist, Dr. Schwartz, and today it was my eye surgeon, Dr. Belson. When Dr. Schwartz pronounces me STABLE for another 6 months and Dr. Belson says that with even my eye issues stacked against me, I see almost 20/20 corrected, I am one HAPPY old woman!! Unfortunately, you can't ignore vision problems but I am cared for by the best, so I know that if something weird pops up, my eye care team which also includes Dr. Taylor, my optometrist, we can address it. Having had multiple outpatient procedures at multiple different facilities who have not required "imprisonment", I am amazed at the lack of considerat I on for my time. I purchased sunglasses last week and was told that I had 90 days to return or exchange for any…read morereason. I decided that I didn't like the glasses while driving home. I put them in the case and decided to exchange. Today I came in and said I wanted to exchange and they cleaned the glasses and said they couldn't exchange because there was a "speck" on the lens. When I looked I could not see anything. They said there was nothing they could do. I could have bought those glasses on Ebay for much less but I purchased from Sunglass hut because of there exchange policy. We bought $600 in glasses last week and this is very upsetting. I would not buy anything again from them. They treated me very badly
