When looking for glasses, it can take some time to browse and try on various styles until you find one that best suits you. Sometimes this can be uncomfortable and people tend to limit themselves from trying on multiple glasses, however I believe the staff makes it extremely comfortable for anyone to try on multiple styles. This is solely the reason why I came back to WP was mainly bc of the customer service, and they treat everyone equally. I believe all of their eyewear are gender neutral, and they have so many inexpensive styles! They even will happily fix an old pair within minutes. Checking out for a new Rx glasses is a breeze and I'm shocked at how easy it is. I was literally in and out of the store less than 10 mins as I knew the exact pair I wanted, as well as getting an old pair fixed. This store makes it so convenient to shop for glasses!

I took my glasses in because the bridge bent and cracked while I was cleaning them. Luckily they didn't crack in half and I was still able to wear them to get to the storefront. The women who helped me (i'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) took a look and was able to replace them with no charge since all of the glasses come with warranty. I was so happy she was able to replace them right away because I wouldn't have been able to drive without them! I also ordered another pair as a back up incase something ever happens to my current ones. She ordered them from an iPad and it took little to no time. They will ship directly to me and it was almost effortless. Thank you WP for always taking great care of me!

I needed to replace my lenses for the same "spot" cracking, after the second time they admitted the measurements were incorrect this is why they cracked prematurely. However-they didn't volunteer any added time for inconvenience or add to the number of times being warranted. In addition-for customer service I had a pair of prescription sunglasses which were not dark enough. I didn't want to make the same mistake again, so I purchased them as dark as possible. I got a headache after first use- I googled and found out-if lenses are too dark it can cause eye strain with head aches. I would think if a customer is paying over $650 for lenses-you would offer that information so I could make an informed decision. Unfortunately I had to google this information and find out after the fact. it was a waste of $650- The staff is friendly -but if they were more educated to assist customers it would be much more appreciated.
