I went today with my daughter to use the pass, who has tanned there before. The employee there said she couldn't tan because of her age. This is fine except for that she has tanned here before, so there is inconsistencies in their regulations and clearly lack of training in their employees. Seems because there is a monopoly in Shiloh they cam treat their customers how they want. I have attached the Free Friends Pass that is located in their site in order to further educate their employees. Do not go here, much better service and friendlier staff at Hollywood Tan!!

When I visit my family back in Belleville, I always come back to this salon. Kelly the manger still knows who I am by name! I only come in once or twice a year now and she knows exactly who I am and is extremely nice and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and beds here.
